This is perfect video for a new owner! I hope the company considers more videos with her making recipes with the food processor. Thank you
@huntdooly98455 жыл бұрын
Cuisinart, every demo that you have done of the food processors have all been making mush, which any food processor can do. It would have been more helpful to show off the special features of this unit, which is the adjustable slicer, etc. Williams-Sonoma did a perfect demo of the larger model of this, by demonstrating making all the components of a pizza...the sauce, grated cheese, slicing pepperoni, and the dough. Please consider demonstrating more features of all your units. The Manufacturer's demo video should be the most thorough and selling of features.

Callme blackbird she seems to be the face of a lot of cuisinart’s products and I hate her presentation, never excited about the actual product she’s presenting, and never seemed that she actually knew much about them... more like ok I took this out of the box 10 mins ago, let’s see what stuff I could make up for the promotions later... she makes the products look less than what they’re actually worth imo

Elite 14 E FP 14DC Well now when it won't stay on I can buypass the safety lock through the hole I drilled in the lower handle at a point I can press a lever inward with a chop stick so it runs of course with the lid secured on just for safety and so no mess. Still don't know why the interlocking connection is not tight enough to press it on it could be the lid or the main bin, but it won't stay on easily or long to grate nor to chop. Its been extremely ackward and hard to get it to run. Parts not available and expensive when they were. FYI I engineered this not William. Saking handle vinegar and water and blowing it with a straw cleared some of the handle in the dirt out, not all.

Looking to buy a Cuisinart but I must admit Cuisinart you need a professional spokesperson that can explain your product clearly. Also what’s with the cat food?

Is the gasket hard to clean? And is there a dicing blade like on the kitchen aid
@williamblume99382 жыл бұрын
No one admits the Elite 14 EFP 14DC malfunctions due to the poor locking mechanism stops engaging eventually. If there are parts in stock likely $100 and probably not worth the expense. You can bye pass the mechanism if you can engineer and drill a whole in the right spot and use a Chinese chop stick to press it to work. the lid plunger plunges the handle in a whole near the bin of the container which has an mechanical levers inside it that may be dirty. .I am now soaking that handle before I drill holes to bypass the connections to try to press those levers. Just never put your hands inside that container blades spinning. 20 yr motor warranty and 3 year general. Its not the motor.

I just unpacked my new unit, and I cannot fit the large bowl onto the base. I'm following directions exactly, but it looks like the "male" parts on the bowl are too wide so they don't slide into the "female" parts on the base. I'm going to call the helpline, but I shouldn't have to do that. It would be helpful if the video focused more on that first step of assembly,.

How do you clean the big blade? I puree some raw fish and now some of it stuck in the top of the blade tube, which has some ridge edge and I can’t seem to get the food out! So frustrating! I need it to be clean for next use!!

If you have copper, brass or stainless steel cleaning brush, that should work for you. It shouldn't scratch or damage the blades. I use them on my new Breville Fountain juicer je98xl screen and blade area without damaging it. You can get all 3 brushes in a pk for about $10 or less at any auto shop or dollar store. You can see a vid on cleaning the juicer with the brushes.

I have this product but am looking for an attachment that dices vegetables. (the breville has this option) is there an option with the cuisinart?
@TehTeh9115 жыл бұрын
From the research I did before buying this model there is an attachment but the reviews were very poor. Apparently it is more work and takes longer to do the dicing technique than it does to do it by hand. You have to use the slicer both ways to slice the item and then use the small dicer to hold the slices together and then hold it up to dice the slices you just made. Sounded much too difficlt and time consuming for me.
@professorGAL3 жыл бұрын
I have the same question. I saw the dicing demo in another video and it didn't look complicated at all. I'm just not sure if there is one to fit this model.
