Elite Dangerous - Inra Base 2 - WhistleBlower

A second Inra Base has been discovered in HIP 15329 Planet A 3 C @ -62.61 -44.26. It contains the logs of a researcher at the Inra base in the Hermitage System, Planet 4 A @ -53.75, 157.61. It also hints at a weapons research facility in the Alnath System on Planet A 2 A A.
