Force shell mod required. Use a size 1 and fire very few shots, otherwise you'll accelerate the target faster than you can follow.

How do you go about getting the Force Cannon Mod? I have only unlocked the FSD Farseer so far and I havent seen her have cannons on her list but at the same time I have never had cannons on a ship when I see her.

Dunno if you found your answer by now, but the first engineer yo will unlock that can do it is Todd McQuinn. You'll be able to do up to level 2 mods and apply force shell experimental with him. For grade 5 mods you will need to unlock The Sarge, but if it's purely the experimental effect you're interested in, that is not a necessity.

Nice thruster control, I need to improve that lol. I've been using the one enforcer and gradually slowing it down, but your method looks quicker.

Thanks. Bump stop, push stop, cannons, enforcers - they're all good fun. I tend to mix it up and use a variety of setups depending on my mood. I've got quite a few pirate ships as a result.

Maybe not a tractor beam, but I would like limpets that you can fire at them and then use to manually stop the ship. Fewer limpets, harder to stop and control the ship. Lots of limpets - easy mode.

I’ve been pirating for a few days now and have interdicted about 30 type 7’s and haven’t found any LTDs yet. Any tips?

Industrial systems in boom without rings or asteroids work. Make sure they don't also have extraction or refinery stations. You can also sit outside industrial anarchy stations and wait for ships to try and dock. Hope that helps.

@@WiggyB thank you for the tips and your videos, i took a break from pirating to level up and unlock engineers and the FSD booster. just did a 60 mil run after interdicting 3 different ships in my pirate python

Yup. Saves chasing the ship to another system to avoid the cops. Just disappear into the void for a few mins while they search.

@@WiggyB I found that if I run away to about 9-10km and come to a complete stop with weapons stowed the cops usually leave me alone. However I have lost the prey more than once lol.
