Update! I’ve fully engineered and upgraded the original DBX to be the ultimate scout sweep, with three mod plasma chargers taking them out in 1 volley at times (two if not) and can very much contribute in both pvp and against interceptors. I’m not good in AX and yet I’m solo killing things I have no business doing so and don’t have to change loadouts for pvp. Next project is a DBS with mod plas chargers. Your sawtooth was the basis for my original build and got me literally 7 billion at 14-7 spire. It’s not the best ship, but I’m punching far above my half a million rebuy and don’t care if I blow up- I can make money back on scouts alone if need be.

Love your vids especially this one Always so concise. Enough context to understand why you chose your options but not over explaining what is needed. This is extremely helpful for new players and returning ones (like me) to get back into with all the new AX things that have been added. Always have wanted to do AX combat but the grind was ridiculously long. Will definitely be trying this build when I get a moment

Another great video CMDR, unengineered with 2000+ Integrity is not bad at all for a beginner, although I would probably add a size 3 module rp as this is one of the more likely damages in AX.

"no size one human AX weapons" well, technically there is advanced missile rack... not sure if it can be called "without guardian technology" tho, and definitely not something that "can be used without spending materials"

I was able to function in a port defense environment, though my play style is different than most. Feel free to do some fine tuning of your own. I make these builds as starting points for people to work up from.

I am only aware of EDSY and Coriolis for ship builds. Coriolis is no longer being actively supported, so I cant use it to cover new content. If there is another popular build planning tool, let me know and I'll consider it for possible future content.
