That’ll do! If it doesn’t… I’ll eat your hat! Brandon, we got 1 1/8” rain. I think it came down in two pours. It flushed through like cattle stampeded. I assume you had that in, before it came? I have another video with Brady coming out tomorrow… this time he’s painting and assembling a porch glider…. He said to tell you, “Hi” the next time I saw you. I may get caught up enough to holler at you next week. Are you going to be in the area? Tell your dad he’s really getting good in that skiddy!!!

Nice work. Only thing i would of did different, i wouldn’t of out that pipe right ip against each other. There will be a void there now and could settle.
@eliteearthworksllc2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yeah I should have put some more space in them I got in a hurry lol
@davecrable13562 жыл бұрын
I'm surprised that you didn't provide the minimum one foot separation between the two pipes for compaction as specified in the pipe manufacturer's installation specifications. But it should be okay provided that there is no future 'piping' around the outside of the pipe during heavy rains.
@eliteearthworksllc2 жыл бұрын
I probably should have but with the curve and the roots I just left them together. It may settle some over time but at least they don’t plan to do anything just let it go back to nature
@JerichoRally2 жыл бұрын
I thought the same as well but I'm wondering if the requirement for compaction is relaxed given the particular installation.
@davecrable13562 жыл бұрын
@@JerichoRally Being that it is a shallow installation in a non traffic area, pipe structural integrity should be fine. I'm more concerned about one of those flooding storms coming along, finding the path of least resistance (underneath and between the two parallel pipes) and eventually eroding and blowing everything out...

What’s the purpose of the one scope of gravel at the start of the pipe run?
@eliteearthworksllc2 жыл бұрын
I just put it to keep mud from washing in the box if it rained.

Man, had the whole fleet on that one. How does your Dad's machine compare to the 250 as far as pushing power?

Yes we did 😁 it does good but it doesn’t have the pushing power of the bigger machine but it definitely holds its own

My question may look stupid to some. But why is the catch bassin so high compared to grade ? Isn't it supposed to catch surface water ? Please be kind in your answer. Just want to learn 😊
@eliteearthworksllc10 ай бұрын
It’s only suppose to let a small amount of water in at a time but in big rains or floods the pond is suppose to fill up and dump over the top of the catch basin to let more water in faster if that makes sense
