I’m just turning 600 on the deadlift and I’m learning some valuable pointers here-Was kinda on the same path here as you guys but I think that’s why my pull is advancing so well lately I take in a little bit of info from a lot of different people and plug in what works for me...at 51, 215lbs I want that 700 as well in the next year or two we will see...

Something I really appreciate about Dave even though I don’t watch him much, is that he’s not a sell out. While he has products that obviously he wants to sell, he’s not constantly plugging it in every video at every opportunity. The information comes first before the product. His content isn’t flooded with cookbook and program plugs.

To be able to be real in a video on KZbin is a big deal these days. I’ve personally competed in the Kentucky Muscle in 2013. Not bragging at all but placed 5th out of 28. Since then, I’ve become married, had a baby, become an alcoholic and lost myself all together and now finally have another baby on its way. This is a “get your shit together” type of attitude that I love to hear and would love to entertain the idea of someone with this type of focus to challenge me mentally. The point of this comment is there are a lot of people of there that need to be re-motivated. You just caught one… Thank you.

This is probably my favourite video on the channel now. Sure Dave and Juji are both charismatic and that helps, but it its more because it really shows a coach and athlete troubleshooting a problem 1 on 1. Dave does such a good job communicating. He breaks down stuff in a very understandable way. I think its extremely helpful when we breaks some things down that most people take for granted as simple. even if that thing is in fact simple, Dave is going to help you understand why its simple, and now you have a tool you can use more effectively.
