I love all Jamaican fruit mentioned in the video, but have not yet tasted noni and passion fruit. Will seek them out when in season. Love this series Alexx, thank you.

Noni is horrible, but is supposebly good for you. I use to ferment the fruit and harvest the juice and mixed with molasses. I am not sure if it did anything miraculous for me, but it's worth a try.

THANKS,for this video,the ONLY place I saw, was by DRAX HALL ESTATE,near the POLO GROUNDS,,,,,NONI,I ONLY HAD AS THE JUICE IN USA,,once I started to work,in USA,I went to repair the refrigeration,@ a produce store in QUEENS NY,so I asked the owner what type MANGO, those were,he said a mango,,is a mango, so I just busted out laughing,telling him,there were probably 50 different ones,he Seasiders you are crazy ! You forgot the most valuable use of the "sweet cup"/came before the pineapple. You mentioned " improving cogn- itive function" only in pass- ing, but it heavier Dan dat. Definitively, it slows down and corrects Cognitive Dec- cline/a k a Altzheimer's Dis!! 👍🤗🌴
