Eliud is such a huge inspiration to me. Coming from nothing, through hard work and discipline inspiring millions. It gives me goosebumbs.

Watching Kipchoge is also so inspiring, he is faster than he's ever been and he's almost 40, just incredible.

@@willmatecycling7880You're probably just trolling but I'll bite. It's not at all uncommon for athletes to perform at their highest level in the *longer* distances even as they get older. Look at Aleksandr Sorokin breaking records at 41 years old in the 100K and above. If it were just PEDs, they would've worked just as well when he was younger, too.

Isn’t it strange how there is a huge doping crackdown in Kenya and then all of a sudden Kipchoge runs his worst marathon performance in almost a decade at Boston.

Gotta love Kipchoge. He's the GOAT & such a gentleman. Can't wait for Kiptum & Kipchoge next year. I hope Kipchoge wins Paris to put an exclamation mark on his career.

Eliud is inspiring runners, joggers, all athletes of all kinds - and even couch potatoes across the world- and I hope he breaks the 2:00 window ( not necessarily like Vienna w/ lil tech gains like drafting teams and a super flat course ) but just running it straight up like a true marathon should be. It's exciting !

I always wonder how much he works on his form. It's so flawless but efficient. Or does he just go by natural feel alone and his greatness is achieved through genetics and hard work.

Really hoping he can get a new WR, but he is getting older. However, this is Kipchoge, so you never know 👌🤞 Only shame is that Kiptum is in Chicago instead - hope that one or both breaks the WR at each race too.

It's also bad for ur health I've heard. The veins are more stiff and so on right after u wake up. Better to run later in the day. Might be more of an issue if ur getting older 40+.
