I always place my vegetable scraps in a freezer container in freezer. I add to the container until it's full. Once full take out of freezer add water to cover in a large Dutch oven on top stove. Boil until Vegetables scraps cooked. Now drain the broth into another container once cooled. Makes fantastic Vegetable Broth.

Thank you Elizabeth. My digestive system loves black beans. This will be another great way to add it to our healthy diet. And a cooled salad is great living in Florida. You solved my garlic flavor mystery. Years ago I threw out my garlic press from get this 1970 that was hard to clean and opted for chopping instead but wondered why there was so much less garlic flavor in my dishes. Thanks for the gastronomic explanation. Must buy a new easy to clean one.

this looks beautiful and was so incredibly well presented. i really liked the nuggets of nutritional information and the storage tips! i'm sure its not easy when you're focused on making a concise, beautiful presentation video, but as a teacher and 'influencer' i'd love to see you make a point of throwing away less food though. the 5cm 'white' part of spring onion is perfectly good onion and there was a lot more left on those bell peppers. unless you grew everything yourself, they have all travelled quite a way.
