I was lucky enough to get to large elk livers from my father in law. I took off the silver skin and cut into strips. I let them rest and then sealed them in food saver bags. What do I do now lol

I like to eat them fresh, but you can also do as you did and freeze them. I have had the best luck when thawing them to place the meat in milk while still froze, then as it starts to thaw hit it with the flour mixture then into the fry pan. Sometimes if you thaw it completely they loose their firmness and turn into more of a blood clot. Good Luck and thanks for watching.
