For reasons unknown this rendition of this song was my cat's favorite song. She would run in from other rooms flop down, demand pets, and start drooling when it played. She didn't really react to other music. Sometimes she would fall asleep to music designed to relax cats but never seemed to love any music other than this. She died at only 15 last weekend. She was the perfect cat for me. She was my soulmate. I always said that I was the human version of her or she was the cat version of me. Thank you for covering the song all those years ago, Elle King. It brought my beloved pet an odd enjoyment.
