Ellie asked Joel “What happened here” she referring to what happened in the hospital in tlou part 1 because she was unconscious being prepared for surgery during that time and she didn’t know that Joel killed nearly everyone there to stop them from killing Ellie to make a vaccine 💉 and Ellie is shocked and angry that Joel did all that.
