I think I had cfs. Unclear if I did or not. However while forcing myself to workout (was very active) I ordered some nitric oxide booster. In form of Arginine nitrate. And within hours it literally gave me warmth in my feet and hands, and I wasn’t sluggish anymore. I did however get a wicked rash under my armpits a couple of weeks after. But it was more or less like 20 or so pimple looking itchy and burning. Not entirely sure it was the nitric oxide. But I’m guessing it was. Only reason I’m commenting, is maybe this helps you. This video helps me to understand what happened to me, because I have no clue. Work had me exhausted everyday working 50+ hours a week then I couldn’t and didn’t want to get out of bed. Was cold all the time thyroid levels were normal and blood came back normal levels. So I hadn’t a clue, I lucked out with the NO-3 Edit: I’m 34 y.o. Former collegiate athlete Multiple years working construction 50+ hours a week.
