You’re absolutely right Elliot. He came back years after I broke up with him. Messaged me like nothing happened. I ignored both messages. Silence. Easy to be cold after 6 years of no contact.

I just really don't want to have to tame a man; how exhausting to have to teach them how to be respectful and keep them on a leash. I'll never do it again. People should do what they want in life, I really believe that. If some men want to spend their lives playing games, they should go for it! Its interesting and fun. I've been there, but I'm not interested anymore. I'd like to think there are some men evolved enough to want to act with integrity for their own sake, and just pursue what they desire because they desire it, rather than play power games ad infinitum. I know some are evolving to that point and embracing their own humanity. Some that want to invest in partnership for the benefits of partnership without being controlled by ego.

Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

How long you been back together and how long you been with him?
@AD-hh6ddАй бұрын
@@k.molloy5503we were together for about 7 months before I broke up with him because he still wasn’t showing up fully in the relationship. He didn’t want the breakup and it broke both of our hearts, but his inability to be emotionally available was still breaking my heart. I still think to never let a dating coach dictate your decision because they can be wrong, but proceed with caution. I think we could have worked out. I still love him and sometimes I regret leaving and it’s too late to repair it now. But at the same time the reasons they struggle to commit in the first place don’t just disappear.

I'm a really straight arrow, so........ this relationship CRAP really sets me off. One of my friends had a glorious relationship. Met the families, very happy & THEN! You guessed it, folks, he decides to do the "break" thing. I can't believe that ANY man is still this stupid. She's devastated , it's over. From where she came from & then putting her whole heart into this, he more than likely, need not come back. This is what every woman thinks about the break: 1. How unappreciative. He gets my best, we're happy & now I find out that he's stupid. 2. Great. He cares so little about a life with me, that he just MUST get away from me. NOW I find out that he's stupid. 3. Men are not confused, don't even say it. I didn't know he was stupid, but NOW he wants to put on this depression JUNK, sit around & find fault with me so that he can go rolling around. There. That's exactly what we think about it, make NO mistake. Guys, wise up.

We all agree with you. They apparently need a lot of friction. Give them grief, don't see them often, act like you don't want to see them. Cancel on them.. etc. They need this

What if he broke up with me and doesn’t want to hear from me again, but I told him I would call him about something today but I just never call or message him back..? Will that get his attention at all?
@chelsy2255Ай бұрын
You're wrong saying we are folding easily. Just another one of many of men's assumptions and falacies. We know no contact doesn't mean he's coming back, and if his ego and pettiness is bigger than his will to have a relationship then we don't need these guys, he better stay away. We can explore other options and roster date. Why are you assuming that only men can do that? Is this men's wishful thinking? Men are wrong again. Age doesn't make us more willing to accept bad treatment from men. I wouldn't give up my peace for a man at any age. I don't need to be in a restrictive and frustrating relationship that doesn't meet my needs. We don't need men, men need us.

I can't believe the level of cruel hatred in his being for him to just stop communication after 5 months. It's a 51 year old in a 3 year old temper tantrum, he ghosted early on and I foolishly gave benefit of the doubt, i also asked for space when he got mean and was pulling away - i also apologised and teturned quickly, there has never been anyone else on my part - no time yet i prioritised him by dropping all and dragging my child over to his city when he "wanted more" - seriously grow tf up and say: I'm not feeling it. I need space, I've got someone else, I was playing you, I'm a narcissist a*hole, I'm a depraved satanic misogynist who preys on kind vulnerable lone parents to drop them from a great height when I know they are hooked and have sacrificed for me - he is also a lone parent, he is dead inside I now realise, what a coward - but guess what, I really did love, so for me weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning may he reap all he's sown in life, they swipe for sport, can't raise there standards for an independent high value woman

@chelsy2255Ай бұрын
Hopefully with this occasion you learned that you get what you tolerate. Men would not tolerate women behave this way. He tested your limits and found you had no boudaries. That's what you need to work on. You should've pulled away when he disrespected you first time, because they know very well that if you accept once, they can push further, and they'll push till they lose all respect for you, which is what happened to you. You showed no self respect so he decided you're not worth his time. Men don't attach emotionally on the first date like women. Men test and play with you till you're no fun to play with.

I wasn't a door mat and he's ghosted because i hekd him accountable again. Callous and cowardly that they cant have a discussion, he introduced me to family, said the right things but yes i was played for believing him.
