The biggest thing I feel for newbie wannade tour managers etc is where to start? you mentioned that new members of the crew pop up every year, but where to even find work as PA on a tour or any of these jobs, it;s such a closed industry? I am in UK. Thanks guys!

Very easy in the UK. Just figure it out. Ask some touring managers to meetup for a coffee, as someone interested in the industry. Try to be more human, and less „Hello, business speak“
