One note from someone who does M&A for a living - the reason why the banks are pissed has nothing to do with Twitter being unable to pay debt in the long run, as none of them are going to be long term lenders to Twitter for a meaningful amount after this deal closes. The reason why the banks are pissed is because they signed an agreement saying that when the deal closes, if Twitter cannot find other lenders willing to give it money below a certain interest rate, then they have to cough up the difference. Interest rates have gone up like crazy, so you have now a lot of situations like this one, the reason why the banks are pissed is nothing Twitter specific. Banks lost somewhere in the multi-billion dollar range on Citrix earlier last month, and are going to lose similarly staggering amounts of money when they try to sell Tenneco’s debt later this month.

radicalisatiom comes from confirmation circles. Seeing as Twitter moderation shows trends of removing certain topics when discussed it leaves no chance for different views to hear each other.
