Same. I just miss having fun and being with friends lol. Space just seems too trippy and weird for me. It also seems like we dont have the technology for it. Space travel is long and dangerous. Some planets would take a long time to get to by ship and its not like in star wars or star trek we dont have that kind of technology. The human body cant survive that long without long health problems. I dont even like traveling on a plane haha.

@Qu_2_wil_lmjk

I think that is pretty simplistic thinking; if love evolved out of a physical need to breed, then we'd never have the art of Leonardo da Vinci or the music of Mozart, nor countless other things that comprise the higher nature of mankind and are inspired by love. Physical urges and resulting pleasures would suffice to just keep the numbers up. Love definitely goes beyond 'the need to breed'. That's most definitely my take, anyway. 😌@@granta3044

@@willchristie2650 Thats a good point. It certainly crossed a couple minds. Our species, as it is now, would be drastically changed by the enviroments ( and lack of environment). Along with the unknown number and types of genetic variations ( mutations) caused by just some of the RADIATION that( so far) we have no way of shielding ourselves from. So yes humans can go to space. Only to "RAPIDLY EVOLVE" or die. BEST WISHES ON "HUMANS" who are not EVOLVED. The road to death is paved with good intentions. Genius and insane can go hand in hand. There is know death . You and every being on this planet is eternal/ immortal . I know this because I’ve traveled to different realities in my energy body via astral travel . Your physical body is just an avatar for your conscious energy mind. Have you ever had a dream that you thought was real ? It was real because when your dreaming , you travel to other realities created by your mind We are multi dimensional beings We exist on many dimensions of existence . We are all creator gods .our thoughts create everything . Especially in the non physical realms. Thought creation is instant in the non physical realms. None of us are human once we transition outside of this reality. If earth blew up tomorrow, you will still exist . There are many non physical realities that exist outside of this one . Being human is just one aspect of our existence. What you where never told is you aren’t even human and you already have immortality. They told you you had to wait for Jesus to come back to gain a light body that is immortal. You already have that . Religious beliefs keeps us from the truth and also keeps us in a state of fear . Look up William Buhlman on KZbin for insight on how you can gain knowledge outside of this reality we call earth .

I think he sees it for what it is taking into consideration that there has been innumerable cataclysmic extinction level events throughout history. Just in the past 150-180 thousand years there have been 16 (if I'm not mistaken) on average every 9,500 years or so that were so devastating that if one of similar destruction would occur today the whole of our civilization globally would come to an abrupt end and our species reduced by ~85-95% in terms of population. Not to mention that everything we've built with our modern technology would more or less be wiped from the surface of the Earth with only the Ancient pyramids and other ancient structures constructed in similar ways in South America, Asia and to a lesser extent Europe/Britain (think Stonehenge) left standing within a thousand years from today. Meaning the few who would survive would have to start again from zero. So, it probably is a good idea to populate other planets while we still have the technology to do so. That would mean we could quickly (in relative terms) recover here on earth once a cataclysmic event occurs again (which is inevitable) here through communication with our interstellar colonies.
@kgs2280

@@kimtornqvist8883 I don’t think we have time to populate another planet before Climate Change (or war) destroys most of the planet. You factor in how long it takes to get to Mars (supposedly our best shot) combined with the number of trips necessary to take all the necessary supplies to support even a minimum sustainable population, and I don’t see it as happening. Besides, people being people, they’ll probably end up in unsolvable skirmishes with each other in a short time, and it doesn’t look hopeful. I think our best shot would be to do whatever we can to save the beautiful planet we’ve got. A number of folks will survive most cataclysms, and if it comes to one we can’t survive, we’ll, we did the best we could, and our particular species will undoubtedly die out someday anyway.

Unfortunately Martin for many humans , "keep on keeping on" means something entirely different , Unfortunately , about 90 % of humans on planet earth are very naïve ( and those are not the words i was going to use , but i cleaned it up ) , they think because the sun rises every morning in their short lives that conditions for life on our little planet will just also keep on keeping on . If you follow geology a bit , you can see earth has been , and still is a violent little rock with severe mood swings , it has been said we have been for thousands of years living in calm period , but that calm time maybe coming to an end , if this calm , imagine what not calm may hold for us :) . Add to that humans own propensity for self destruction along side the ticking clock of nature that will change things not in a good way , i give humans a 5% chance of still being around in 200 years . If Elon can pull off getting people living on mars and being self sustainable in the short term , maybe i would be a tad more optimistic .

I admire some of what Elon Musk has done. His perspective is broad in some senses, but very limited in others. Before we start trying to colonise other planets we need to learn how to employ technology in a way that doesn't pollute and destroy our own. Until we've learned that we're not qualified to become earth's emissaries to the rest of our galaxy. Right now we're polluting immediate space with a heap of space junk. We still haven't learned to consider the consequences of our actions. Do we still have time to learn? Maybe. If we can survive the immediate consequences of our lack of foresight. At this time Mars is an opiate that distracts us. Later, if we can cease to be so infantile in our actions and thought, it would be a worthy goal.

Is not the life more than the food, and the body than the raiment? 26Behold the birds of the heaven, that they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not ye of much more value than they? 27And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit unto the measure of his life? 28And why are ye anxious concerning raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31Be not therefore anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34Be not therefore anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Saying the end of the world is coming and saying the end of the world is coming very soon, are two complete different meanings. We are dying since the day we were born, therefore, to say I am dying, would be correct, We are all dying. The earth serves a purpose just like everyone & everything else does and once that purpose is up, soon after, it dies, in this world anyhow. If we didn't die, we'd be standing on top of each other's heads by now... We must give others a turn.

The End will come in SEVEN YEARS TIME. this earth, was MADE in BC 4004. and was commissioned as a Kingdom of Mankind by God. There were commandments by which the earth was to be ruled in fief, and if that law would be abolished here on earth, this dominion would revert back to Heaven's rule. Because an enemy of God entered into this kingdom and usurped authority from the adherents of God's law and installed the Papacy as the imperial power over the Nations, a law against true worship will begin soon as a solution to climate change. That Sunday Law, made against the will of the Creator, will bring about the destruction of human existence here from around 2027

@GasketManzrevenge 2 жыл бұрын
@@petepop4319 Wait.. you used the Pinto and Chevette? Those are quality examples of the worst of the worst. Nicely done! Yes, designed obsolescence is a problem within the industry.. as a mechanic (40+ years) I see it every day.. that's one reason I own nothing newer than 91 or older than 68 (right now) is because I can fix it easily an relatively inexpensively. Electronics have a more definable life span (internal coding) along with the ability to be accessed remotely.. I don't trust em. Farmers are in a lawsuit with John Deere for the right to repair because manufacturers make more off parts and service than the equipment itself and even though they can drop 1-1.5M on any given piece of farm implement, Deere refuses to allow farmers (extortion), who tend to be mechanics/tinkerers, to perform maintenance or repairs.. something they have been doing since the dawn of farming. You are absolutely right.. it is a joke. With material technology, precision processes, they should (keyword 'should') be able to produce something that lasts generations like early equipment (like my 68 thats been in the family since day 1).. they just don't want to because it cuts into profits. As for Co2? Plants and trees convert that to O2.. well, except mushrooms, they breath O2 and like us exhale Co2 which makes them beneficial to low lying ground cover on the forest floor.. kind of a moot issue. I'd be more concerned with Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX).. but that's what the cat-converter is for. "Quality Brand" is definitively a misnomer. You made a very valid point.. I'd be asking your friend's dad what he would recommend for a lasting, easily maintained and repairable vehicle would be.. seeing as how he has some insight on the issue.. it'd be interesting to hear what wisdom he has to offer. Awesome point tho.. thanks.

The sons of dark made a deal with the devil back in the late '40s in exchange for toy tech. Close Encounters made Grey's look like cute kiddies. Not the soulless worker bees they are. Star Wars is coming to a city near you in our lifetime. 500,000 losers will hide out in D.U.M.B.'s. The Georgia Guide stones weren't put there in multiple languages by freemasons for no reason. Neither were the D.I.A. murals & endless construction. Everything we were taught in life is a lie. Everything except that we are divine, eternal souls of God. I reached this conclusion living an isolated remote existence out in the Aussie bush. There were no other kids, just my brother who thought I was mad because I was obsessed we ith read g space books from the school library till after midnight, as I stared at the millions of stars in the night sky, wondering about such stuff... When annoyed parents thought I should be doing more useful stuff... I am comfortable with the idea of being an anonymous nobody who becomes extinct, lost forever, no memory of my existence even remaining. All that really matters is what's real. The here and now of this brief instance we exist at all. Which is what enables me to easily make right life choices and disregard all the rest of the bullshit others obsess over that is really so irrelevant, in the grand scheme of life and the universe. Eg the promotion you missed out on, your lover who preferred another, your kids or part T's that were failures, the job you got fired from, that big game you lost, your business that went bust etc. It really doesn't matter...

We could make our mark in eternity with Jesus and be honoured, live and reign forever with Him. Never to be forgotten. Ever relevant where it matters most - in eternity (As life on earth is limited by time and will pass away). Ever relevant with whom it matters the most - The God of the Universe who created the heavens and the earth. That's why the ever true Bible says, "Lay not for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt..... but lay for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth or rust doth corrupt..." - Matt 6:19 - 20 This is how to remain ever relevant in existence. The other option is to remain forgotten in this earth and in the eternal pit forever and ever. Your choice. Choose wisely.

Moving to another planet is not a solution… we will create another distraction on the other planet we will go to… we are by nature aggressive and destructive… and again we will not be able to live forever… at some point we will die. Let’s make the best we can to maintain earth for the coming generations and to live healthy… it’s about time those that govern us to promote a better world without wars hunger poverty and that make our life difficult…

HS will become extinct at some point, and it won't be the first species whose excretions will have caused its own extinction. Something else will rise to take its place until the sun eventually dies. Only difference between people like you and people that are open is you hide your BS better. Yes, obviously captain obvious the Holocaust survivors went through a horror that I cannot imagine. That however has nothing to do with my mental health. Go back to Facebook or Twitter where you friends that care to hear how perfect you see yourself.
