Sadly, Elon is missing the most important piece of information, which he can easily learn from Grimes or her father, who both believe in astrology: Mars is a hostile planet. There is a good reason why it has for thousands of years been called the god of war. When this planet forms conjunctions and adverse astrological aspects it consistently brings strife, violence and killing. Next time you witness a person going off in a blind rage, you are most likely witnessing the effects of Mars. Give this some thought, this is a fact. Elon is setting up the ultimate and closest conjunction: a community where the people will ultimately butcher each other. Rather set up the initial secondary candle for humanity on the Moon, whose effects are nurturing and peaceful. You have been warned.

money and time should be used to discover an alien civilisation that is technologically and spiritually more advanced. once contacted and met by humanity I think that the aliens would be happy to share their culture of joy with humanity on Earth. Hopefully just 2 weeks and a million dollars to activate the grand discovery and not 2000 years a trillion dollars for humanity to install it on planet Earth themselves. Smart way of getting. There is meeting them. Maybe a few electrically produced signals to alert aliens

Same here, 17 when NASA landed on the Moon. Now I'm in early 70's. After Tricky Dick Nixon cancelled further Moon landings, I thought, now what? Then spent their whole wad on the Shuttle program. The only thing the USA was interested in was making big profits off of warmongering, and building military bases all over the world, even after the Soviet Union dissolved, they kept building more bases---- now with over 800 military bases around the globe. What a waste! Just think where humanity would be if that money was spent developing space vehicles, and related research instead of keeping the MIC military industrial complex filthy rich! Eisenhower warned us about the misplaced power of the MIC, and now we are living that nightmare of waste and greed instead of moving into the solar system. Hope Elon succeeds!

I am very VERY THANKFUL to Starlink because its one of the most convinient way to get internet here in one of many very isolated islands in the Philippines. You can literally count all the people here easily, no paved roads, electricity only 16 hours a day or sometimes only 16 hours per 2 days. The island i'm in is only 41.3 km2 in size and the nearest mobile tower is in the next island 12-13km away and the only way to get signal is to go down to the beach. Now i'm here inside my house, solar powered, with AC, and enjoying internet which is faster than most plans here in the country. 200Mbps-270Mbps (25MBps-33.75MBps) of internet with like only 10-31ms ping! When Elon Musk dies, he will be remebered as one of the most incredible people in our time, and people still find so much to hate on this man. All I see he do is for the good of all humans. Starlink, Neurolink, Space X, X so we have a free media platform, Tesla, Paypal, Solar roofs, solar panels and the list goes on..I really dont understand the hate so many billionairs that dont do anything special for humanity. I love Elon such intresting thoughts and great achivments. I GREATLY APPRICIATE WHAT YOU DO FOR US ELON, love from a Autistic Northen Swed.
@Ninazzz7929 ай бұрын
You probably don't know the downsides. Starlink is polluting more than down earth industries and developing a dangerous radiation field that can reduce protection from sunrays. Also when starlink will deactivate can create debris and space junk can dissolve in small particles decreasing temporarily the efficiency of atmospheric protection as also messing up out magnetic field. Not good at all. There is reason why NASA doesn't do certain things

Interesting once the DOD went public in 2016 during an emergency congressional financial budgeting committee about the magnetic poles accelerating to the point of unpredictability when they needed to re-calibrate the planet's GPS satellites 4 years ahead of their predictive model.. accelerating to 6 times faster movement per year (~36 miles) since just 2001... Guess who announced the need to colonize Mars within 100 years, describing an event that might occur in the near future ( 3:12 ) that we can not control as his reason, and also developed the largest bunker/tunnel developing company on the planet that has special machines that can create over 5280 feet of 24 foot wide tunnels per week per machine that we know of, so within 20 years there is every reason to believe there will be thousands of interconnected miles of bunker style tunnels tracing the entire country, that only electric cars will be able to safely operate within with their own bio protection air filter systems and motors that don't make the tunnel's air quality go down and can self drive at high speeds to get mass numbers to designated areas at the flip of a switch.. Ever notice how world governments stopped calling it global warming and it's now climate change... Ever notice how Greenland's runaway melting didn't really jump start until the early 2000s... coincidentally right when the north pole started accelerating and moving hundreds of extra miles away from Greenland vs conventional magnetic movement data that goes back to 1620 which proves this has not happened in any sense of the word "modern memory", so over 400 years of data. That's why governments seem to have taken a vast chunk of your emission taxes and used it to build data bunkers, seed bunkers, clock bunkers, machinery/manufacturing bunkers, food store bunkers, military bunkers, etc... they've been stock piling a rebuild system underground while the 2 richest known men on Earth are racing to colonize the Moon and Mars simultaneously within this mysterious deadline goal... just saying... if the magnetic poles don't calm down and revert then something strange and irreversible will occur within the next 100-200 years for certain. As the north pole moves into open water and approaches faster oceanic jet streams, then it warms up because of something called advection but a good way to imagine it, the ocean is a water cooler for your computer, and as the cold source (north pole) moves towards the hot source (cpu) the cold source heats up which over time causes the cold source to warm up too... Meanwhile the south pole is still moving over a land mass, which insulates and stores that cold energy better in the stone and thus even NASA will tell you the south pole is still forming ice faster than it's melting and all of the melt zones in the south seem to share a correlation to the jet stream currents shedding their heat from the north pole's influence in the open water. Anyways.. take care.. share the truth, enjoy the red pill.. I encourage you to google image search magnetic north movement map and even a small child can instantly identify the problem.

@@mato4334 the selfless part of it is... Do you know how to make a small fortune in the rocket industry? Start with a big fortune! Jokes aside, there isn't a clear path to profitability with many of SpaceX's goals. That's the reason the company has to remain private. It can't be a public company because there are rules around having your investors best interest in mind, and having a goal to go to Mars with no path to profitability is not in line with your fiduciary responsibilities to your investors. This is the part that seems selfless. Now of course, I am sure there is an ego play here. And there is the high risk, high reward, high hope that maybe there will be some benefit to Elon, but not even Elon knows what that benefit will be... Other than maybe Elon would like to visit a city on Mars that he built. It's not all about money with Elon either. Money is just the path to the bigger dreams and goals. @oumarh.gassama80639 ай бұрын
Him recommending people having more kids: yes, it's good. Him cotributing to drive forward technological advancement: good. My serious concern with Musk is that because of his fame and influential power, he developed a massive hubris, and thinks that has to convince people that expanding to Mars is kind of a resolution and only option of a resolution of many problems our society is facing as of now. Although multi planetary expansion is an option for advancing a civilization, it is not a solution to problems the society is facing before reaching the era of multi-planetary expansion (except for if, for some weird and unimaginable reason, those societal problems would come mostly from sources that are straight linked to the home planet and not in control of the society itself). Let me give an example: if a nation is in internal crisis, then just to move some people to another, less livable environment where even supporting life is hard (e.g. to a desert), would be highly doubtful to provide any solution for the internal societal conflicts the people developed. Though, as always, it can happen that the sheer fact that people in the new, much more hostile environment have to concentrate most of their intellectual and physical efforts to keep themselves alive, could either temporally supress the original social problems, or even could revwrite the detrimental societal mechanisms, thought processes, and traumas, that led to the original societal conflicts of the home country.... you never know. But for me it seems to be like a risky gamble (no, not a masterful gambit 😀 ).

Love the ‘candle light’ analogy and the need to preserve that flame (ie. human consciousness) from blowing out around the 9min mark.
@ehombane10 ай бұрын
Yep. But this reminds me that thousands of starships are blowing a lot. What effect will have this on ozone layer? Or other similar aspects? For sure those aspects were took in consideration, and the math done. But I would like to see some figures. Eyeballing it, it may look like all those huge flame towers may blow that tiny candle flame.
