Changing that nasty old port was a good thing, and the only reversable cable until USB C, so for the time it was revolutionary. Why not "genious shop refused to replace my windshield and made me buy a new car" "couldn't replace my battery" "update killed my cars performance because my battery was a year old" "had to by a charger separately" "it's impossible to upgrade my car" "approved 3rd party repair shops aren't allowed to [insert random basic procedure] on my car" "wheels sold separately" "only compatible with Apple roads" "can't communicate with non Apple devices" There's tons of examples that potentially make sense.

Dont forget also they will have a large notch on the windshield. For engineers not customers. But its ok its apple so blocking vision to have it is OK as their name on it means they know what theyre doing. You can get two different car models one at 8 miles to the gallon and one at 16 miles to the gallon. Both need you to buy windsheild wipers sperately at 199$ each. You can also have a glove compattment installed for 899$. Enjoy!

Unfortunately telsa is becoming the apple of cars: -Little or no 3rd party repair opportunities. -Telsa owns the car not you, if you go against TOS they have every right to disable your vehicle via software. -blocking 3rd party car performance upgrades and making you pay for it instead when it was already in the vehicle to begin with. -Patent release wording inhibiting other electric car manufacturers using tesla super chargers without also giving up right to protect their own IP. Tesla cars are great, just like the iphone was great. But they are losing their way. I wanted a telsa for the longest time but due to these reasons next year im getting a ford-F150 lightning instead.
