It was it it was actually grosover hotel in 1990 or a little tv segment before that but yes this is very early outta rehab

this is pre-rehab. This was shot in May of 1990, he went to rehab sometime in July. Grosvenor Hotel in November 1990 was his first actual performance post rehab.
