*You have been providing invaluable help and support for EFL teachers worldwide over nearly 3 years, offering your insights and experience in short videos. Your consistent and lively way of presentation makes the lesson more interesting. With your face shown at the start and during the class, it becomes even more appealing, since a face of a teacher in class gives a human look to the lesson; hence, life is injected in the presentation* *I appreciate your dedication to elttraining website that is taking some valuable time away from your lovely children. Thank you for everything you have been consistently doing for trainees and trainers out of sheer desire to help people in need and good soul wishing people success. My CELTA course is due in July, and thanks to you, I have little things to worry about, as I have been following your videos for a couple of years now*

I'm preparing to start a new job and I love your videos - I especially like your dialect, intonation and pace, and the way you present the information in a very orderly, consistent way. And friendly of course. It's giving me a lot of confidence as I brush up my skills. As for the new format, I think to really benefit from seeing you, a full presentation in front of an electronic whiteboard would be useful - this way we can see your hands and body language, which conveys a lot more information. Actually most of the time I prefer just listening and looking at the slides. Don't forget I'm also typing my own notes, and scan-reading what I've written too. So there's only so much information I can process at once!

Alex Kerry Thanks for the detailed feedback, Alex - that's really helpful. I think I might go for a bit of me on webcam at the beginning and the end, as some people have suggested.

Thank you for all your videos. It's priceless what you're doing for us! I find them very fruitful! I'm taking the CELTA course in a month, I've already done my pre-task, and, admittedly, it was not difficult, but still am worried so much that I won't be able to keep up with the pace of the course. Don't know why, just have this fear inside me.

DMK TV Thanks for the nice feedback- I’m glad that you like the videos. Don’t worry too much about the CELTA. Just do as much reading and preparation as you can beforehand. Your Centre wouldn’t have accepted you if they didn’t think you had what it takes 😀

I tried to google elt-training.come and there were lots of warnings about the site 'not being secure' . I had hoped to look at your grammar course.
@elttraining6 жыл бұрын
Hi there - I'm really sorry that you are having trouble. The site is fine (I promise!) but because I moved platforms recently the site that was learnworlds/elt-training no longer has an SLL certificate. If you make sure that you go through to ww.elt-training.com it should be fine. Let me know how you get on :)

it's me again. I believe there many recommended book by Celta tutors .I would like to know which one would you recommend me to buy before the course ? in fact I am not native and I am quiet worried about not passing because most of Celta trainees are natives.
@elttraining7 жыл бұрын
Said Hidou - you shouldn't be worried about not being a native speaker- I'm sure that your knowledge of grammar will be better than most of the native speakers 😊. A book I like as a general introduction is Learning Teaching by Jim Scrivener- you could try that as a start. Good luck with it, Jo
