All of these languages that you listed are Romance, they stem from Latin. Gaulish is a Celtic language therefore it's not ancestral to French. What you probably meant is that the peoples that spoke this language are ancestors of the French and Walloon people, which is true to a large extent.

I think it is so cool how the singer and the little girl look like it's the same girl at different ages, like its in the past and the present, of the song, as if the singer is singing about what happened in the past, when she was a kid, and as an adult, she sings of her unrequited love she had when she was younger. I believe the lyrics are of the Gaulish/Gaelic language and refer to a young maiden who has given herself to an older man, possibly of the same tribe, but w/o consent of her Father & Elders and consequently commits suicide or is discovered to violated a supreme tribal law and thus found guilty and knows she will be bound and "Bogged". This is One of the finest compositions I have heard in 20 years and the "Instruments used, though archaic, are a PERFECT choice. Bravo to this Band and the Genius/Geniuses behind its Beautiful arrangement and delivery. The location is Stunning and makes me think of life in or prior to the 12th Century in Northwestern Europe before the RCC/Charlemagne arrived to destroy the Pagan Religious practices that still run through our veins to this day!
