I love anything LOTR related and I've got a few things in my to do list, I have the elven leaf and the hobbit door (I even bought dried moss for it), together with Arwens even star, but I never get round to do it and the necklace for example is not something I'd like to make from clay.

My favourite LotR character is also Gollum. When I was little, I was completely scared of him, but after getting older and starting to understand the whole story, I started feeling sorry for him, he made me actually cry. His twisted personality and all the things he had to go through, then finding a friend in Frodo and afterwards thinking his friend betrayed him so he became evil again, this all touched me really hard. And his death, in the movie and the book got me really deep. I started thinking about what would have happened if Frodo was able to get rid off the ring all alone what would happen to him? Would he become Smeagol again, or would he die because he should already have died since he is an over 500 year-old Hobbit. (Sorry about bad English, German speaking here^^)
