Life was more simple back in 1961. I was a sophomore in high school in Jacksonville, Florida. I saw this Elvis movie on the big screen. I think it's his best. The songs were wonderful and Elvis was not cast as the good looking skirt chaser that he was in later films. Good job!

Good to see they are honouring Elvis memory and respecting the film he made there all these years on. It is one of his best films for sure. Getting into the spirit singing the title song there Spa Guy....that's how Elvis might have sung it in the 70's. I always think it a shame he didn't sing more songs from his back catalogue in concert. All those years he was playing live and he barely touched his incredible back catalogue.

Omg! I am a classic car/truck freak!!!! Lol...loved the truck😘😘😘 the restaurant was kickass as well. I swear SPA guy I learn so much from you. I lived in Florida for nearly 22 yrs. Born and raised and I have lived different places and I never knew Elvis did a movie at Crystal River area. I don't know if you know this but but that area is a great place to watch the Mantees. I lived a good part of my younger years in Palm Bay on the Turkey Creek. We were down at the creek constantly fishing and watching the manatees and the gators. Can't wait for the next part...God bless

What a great series FTD is turning into. I'd always assumed the interior shots were filmed back in Hollywood, great sneak peak to catch the inside of the gym. Regards Mike, UK.
@TheOriginalGeorgiaFlash Жыл бұрын
Alot of times in the 60s, interior shots would be done not far from where exterior shots was filmed. It's not like it is now. But either a gym would be use or the movie company would build a building for interior. Film Flam Man with George C Scott is another example. The entire movie was filmed in Kentucky including the interior shots. The studio they built for those shots is still around today.

Interesting vid. Restaurant was so creative looking inside. Bet Elvis would approve. Elvis is honoured by having the street named after the movie. Elvis forever... He still has so many fans after all these yrs since his passing. True Elvis fans are nice people. Elvis liked police and my heart is saddened by the officer who died in the line of duty. May he RIP and be in heaven above. God bless to every police officer who does the job he/she was sworn to do. We all walk safer because of you s and military. Our life is like the grass....grows and then gets cut down. One day we will not see Spa Guys vids. You or he will die ( or I ) ... Thanks Spa Guy . Keep those vids a coming.

'Spa Guy' the very intellectual socio-historian of Elvis is very free spirited. [A reminder of Apollo 17 astronaut-commander Eugene Cernan who was singing doing a lunar walk with other astronaut Jack Schmitt.]-[Cernan is like a homologue of Elvis in the world of aviation and astronomy, Cernan was also tall, slim, sexy, handsome with sad eyes, and very spiritual.

En los EE. UU.
@eldahuerres46854 жыл бұрын
