Once in a while, God , the creator, the nature or universe , whatever you believe in, brings someone on this planet to remind us that goodness and kindness has no boundaries. Elvis was all love, the kind of love that comes from your God.

* * * An Observation to share . . . It occurred to me that most fans of any singers will of course love the music. Like frantic Beatle fans, or MJackson, etc. BUT.... in Elvis's case, they love him for what he was inside. I've never seen fans take such a personal commitment to any artist like they do to Elvis. As though he were a family member. This video touches on that.

I don't think there is a celebrity or a person anywhere in the world who was this generous.

Everyone I knew in my town stopped what they were doing and the world just stood still. I was walking into a 7-11 when it hit the radio and people were walking in and crying and the radio was playing Elvis for a week. We all stood around for a good half hour . I’ll never forget it. I cried like a a baby. I lived in deep Deep South Texas. He was loved everywhere on the planet.

My dad started working for Cadillac Motor Car Co. back in 1954 in Detroit, a year before Elvis bought his first Cadillac. So my dad had some part in making every Cadillac that Elvis purchased.

Hey sweetheart, love the car reaction, and yes when he left us I was broken and still am, Elvis wasn't supposed to die, he was a gift from the Lord and he saw that he needed rest so he bring him home. I was 17 yrs old and I was so upset, that I went by out and got so drunk, that didn't help, just trying to bury the pain. It was the worst day of my life, thanks Lori TCb 1935🤺🤺🤺🤺⚡⚡⚡⚡

My hubby was working at the feed store, (right across the street from Beeman's) filling burlap bags with feed, the day Elvis went to Beeman's Pontiac-Cadillac and bought the African American lady the Cadillac. Apparently she had the money to buy the car but, because she did not have her husband with her and, she was black, the dealership would not sell her the car. Elvis bought it for her. (I remember a time when women were not sold particular items if it was thought that it could be a danger to her. The item could be sold to her husband and then her husband could deal with the outcome but, lots of things were not available to women without the permission of their husbands.)

Elvis was rich, but not as rich of many big billionaires today that have much bigger mansions and airplanes, but none of these billionaires today are nearly as generous and giving as Elvis was. Most of his donations were anonymous and to total strangers.

It's the 1st time I've ever heard this documentary. And loved every 2nd of it. And I don't know a 100% for sure but I don't think that was Elvis speaking. It might have been his words ,but for some reason the accent was off... I could be wrong. But I don't believe it was

Elvis was 21 when his career took off in 1956. You thought he was in his thirties 😂The guy passed away in 1977 at 42 the way you think he would have been much older. He was born in 1935-1977.

JD Sumner said, “Elvis Presley was the closest human being to Jesus Christ he ever met.” Not Jesus just Jesus like. This much is true, there will never be another like him. Not just as a music pioneer but a man with a great heart who shared his wealth. He almost died broke at 42 because he gave away his fortune. Who else even comes close to this man? No one, for many reasons he remains The King 👑

I wonder how many people actually know who the woman Elvis bought the car for (her identity) that Linda is describing in her story at 15 minute mark. I know who it was. It's an even better story than him just buying her a car.
