This man can get a girl to scream just by looking at her Dang
@erselley90172 жыл бұрын
As a woman myself I can explain that to you. It's not the look itself but what he communicates with the look. I would describe it as "Hey girl...you know I'm sexy but guess what? You are the sexiest woman I've ever seen. Call me". At least that's what it says to me. 2:38 is a good example of Elvis preforming that talent like a boss but you can't really see the look. 00:7 is the look I'm talking about and if he looked you dead in the eyes with that look you didn't stand a chance.

@@erselley9017 It's the entire vibe, yea. His aura, his looks, his moments, way he sings, it's everything he's packing, the women witnessing it all at once, then he suddenly directs the focus on her, she loses her mind a little. It's the bodies' sensualities conversating without conscious consent or acknowledgment even. The man's sensuality reached her heart on a spiritual plane by this point. lol.

Elvis has been gone for over 40 years. I still remember that afternoon when I came home from school and saw the news of his death on tv. 40 plus years and still million of people visit his grave site every year. More people visit Elvis' grave than all the Hollywood celebrities, famous people and politicians put together. Singers like Micheal Jackson (not the knock MJ) and the rest of them had nothing on Elvis. MJ is certainly talented but still second to the king. There are at least 100,000 dollars in flowers left at Elvis' grave site every year. Over 600,000 fans visit his grave each year. They sell tickets to the grave site at $12 each in the early 2000. Now it's $47 per admission (as of 2021) I guess if you spend thousands on plane tickets, hotels, food etc another $47 dollars is not an issue. No fan is going to object to that. They probably can increase that admission fee much more without complaints. (not that I want to see it) Most of the other celebrity grave sites have free admission. Still very few people visit them. Elvis' resting site is the most ever visited by fans. The admission brings in well over $20 million per year. Add that to all his paraphernalias and music rights, collectables etc. His daughter never have to work for the rest of her life. Elvis generates a lot more money 44 years after he death then most artists alive today. Elvis was genuine and real. He never forgot where he came from. He didn't let fame and fortune go to his head (like most celebrities) A down to earth man that the ordinary person can relate to. He treated people the way he would want to be treated. That's why he is so loved by so many. The reason almost no Singers today don't record his songs is because they can't do it better than Elvis. When you record someone else's song, you will inevitably be compared to the original. That's when you know how good he was. Listen to some of his songs like (can't help falling in love) that song was done by many artists including Andrea Bocelli. Bocelli is considered one of the best artist today. Go look it up on youtube and listen for yourself. There is no comparison. American idol has been on for well over a decade, they still don't have a contestants that comes even close to Elvis. Imagine if you had someone with his looks, singing talent, and oozes charisma? That's what an idol is about. Elvis is the original and the biggest "IDOL" of all time. That's not just coming from someone who has been an Elvis fan since the age of 10. He is simply the best. That's why people always go back to his music. Elvis was a true talent, not like so many that calls themselves singers today. I remember hearing Mariah Carey beating Elvis for the most records ever sold in the US REALLY? WHAT'S HER LEGACY? Elvis has sold more than 2.5 billion records worldwide. The single most EVER sold by one recording artist. How many people will be to attending Mariah Carey's grave site years after her death. Fans making unsolicited yearly pilgrimages. I think not. Most famous people and celebrities are forgotten (but for a mention in history) a few years after their passing. ELVIS is the only one that lives on for decades after his death. Let's be honest, the music he was provided with in some of those movies in the 60s were less than desirable material. Certainly not the kind of rock and roll that made him in the early years. But he did the best he could with them. Absolutely no one else other than Elvis could have pulled it off and done them as well as he did. Ironically I think some of his best recordings came out of the 60s, his voice was amazing in those years. He could sing anything. That was Elvis. They say (Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery). Elvis has been and will always will be the most ever imitated in this world. There are professional Elvis impersonators, commonly known as Elvis tribute artists (ETAs) from literally every country on this planet. There has never be that phenomenon ever. It's only happened once, and it will almost certainly never happen again. If you go to some 3rd world country where the locals don't even speak English (as I have), the people there probably never heard of famous politicians or celebrities but as soon as you say one name "Elvis" they know who you are talking about. To be known worldwide by your first name along is really saying something. He will live on through his timeless music long after the rest of us are gone. I'm not a religious person but the one person I would like to meet in heaven (if there is one) would be Elvis. I would like to shake his hand, tell him how much he has affected me and been a part of my life. I'd never imagined I would say that about someone I've never even once meet before. Elvis' music and legacy will always be loved in the hearts of people around the world. Even though some of these people speaks no English. That is totally AMAZING, unheard of. He will always be the one and only. There will never be another Elvis. What Elvis had was something that can't be learned or perfected with endless hours of repetitive practice like playing tennis, it came with him when he was born. Nature gave him a gift that in my opinion will never ever see again in our culture. He truly is one of a kind. He will remain in the history of humanity. Like I said, looks, voice, charisma, talent, originality, uniqueness all in one package. Like a seed that grows and blooms into something that all our human technology, institutions and science will never replicate.

I feel the same . Elvis was magnetic , magic and extremely charismatic . Nobody even comes close to his looks , moves or talent . Elvis was undoubtedly born to be on stage .
@WoozyCool5 ай бұрын
I mean, talent wise, yes, once in a blue moon. But I'd never want to be married to him. The endless list of his underaged love preferences. Sure, he didn't do the deed until of legal age, but was sensually active in every other way before the legal ages. Girls all consensual sure, except, they weren't at an age to even consent yet, so it's grooming basically. So as a human being, he's made huge achievements, touched hearts and what not. Not even saying he behaved this way on purpose, but, he did what he did. Groomed those young underaged girls. Emotionally he might've just, found some sort of cherishment in their pure state or something, that's not hard to perceive why he might've preferred such very young aged girls rather than female sensuality icons of his time. But from those girls' pov, it's not exactly justifiable at all. *He wouldn't want his daughter treated that way by some older guy,* even if the guy never hurt her, took great care of her, He'd still want his daughter to be old enough to consent, when she is asked for consent by some guy. But it's not what he himself did. Underaged girls, in cliche white underpants, not doing to deed itself, but being sensually involved in every other way with him, was his idea of romance. So yea. I'd love to grow up in a time period when I could've seen him in person, been a friend even, but not a lover, good god no. Throughout his life, he was betrayed and misused (sometimes on purpose, sometimes unintentionally) by people he'd trusted. So it obviously put a dent in his emotional state of mind, he would've benefitted with decent counselling and what not. But it was back in the days and many preferred he performs on stage and makes them money, rather than him taking time for mental health. Hence he did what he could, within his limited freedom as an internationally loved star. Nature gifted him to the world, the world in many ways wasted him, to the point he couldn't help himself get back on track. Not that I'm saying it's the same scenario, but it did look shady how Elvis, MJ, Prince, seemed to have had "accidental" mistakes that led to their ends.

I had herd this clip the very first time at 1978 being an teenager, living at the communistic country. They dont need to say the impression was huge, and the modern at that time rock musicians like Abba, Deep Purple, Queen, Sex pistols sounded like pigmys hitting a drum by bamboo sticks. Unexpectedly I got this by some reason. Almost half an age passed , I am old , grey hair man.12 my best years I lived in the States being in the grove of the culture and music of this country. And just now I understand this: Gees...! His music and singing OVERTOOK his time💥😲 Such singing , behaviour on the scene was regular and tipic at the 90-ies. And if in some miracle way the Comeback special 68 would disappear then and show up at 90-ies , it would be bright, impressive but...regular. Nothing out of the range. But for 1968 it was the fenomena which as if it came from the future...
