Gmail email - I added Right Inbox to mine. I can easily see how that extension will be handy. Running an MSP business can be tough enough, but your tips on using Google products helps quite a bit. Getting educated on the little things I didn't know existed makes my life easier, and has helped some of my customers that also use Google Workspace. As I use Google products to make a service related business flow, maybe have a video showing how that is possible. From having the dispatcher/scheduler have access to everyone's mailboxes, to adding locations in appointments to make them one-click-easy to find, to using the calendar event comments box for details on the call, I've found I can do almost everything using Chromebooks, Android phones, and Google.
