So M50 is a 3.0 6 cylinder than there's a X5 3.0 xdrive, so this cars are the same? I thought M50d is a V8...

It's worth a mention that M50d is a 3litre staright 6 quad turbo engine hence it's way more powerful than 3.0d and 4.0d. That monster is roaming around with 4 turbos under hood
