Great idea! I am so glad that I am not the only one who sings nonsense to her supplies😆 Just a FYI repositionable glue is a life saver when working with little kids. Due to the fact that they hate the first 50 spots they glue down something.

When I first started making cards I was using photo glue sticks which dried and looked nice, now looking at some of the older cards I had made I noticed that the corners were lifting. The glue looked fine at the time but it didn't last. Now most of the time I use double sided sticky tape. Works perfectly!

I can think of two purposes for the repositional glue, making mini post-it note type of pads or to set up your layout so it holds while you flip things around before committing to the glue.
@purplepixie2746 жыл бұрын
Gillian Ivy or sticking tracing paper etc onto other paper to print?
@MixdJuxt6 жыл бұрын
Cleverness! Bet there are tons of ways to use it ;D
@purplepixie2746 жыл бұрын
Gillian Ivy I think Jen of Eves uses repostionable glue/tape to stick all her templates onto her work books. She can easily pull them off the plastic pages, place them on paper where the sticky helps them stay in place while she draws round them, then just sticks them back on pages rather than in pockets. That way she can easily identify all her pieces quickly. I must admit I don't find most regular glue sticks don't stay stuck with time or movement. They're great for kids or on top of double sided tape to allow for quick adjustment into position, but I wouldn't use them for anything major or archival generally.
@ShinyBubbbbles5 жыл бұрын
Purple Pixie Ooo that is a great tip about using the glue stick over the tape!
