You are a real inspiration to me! Great to see you, to learn from you and I am always amazed by how you move and differentiate the different parts of your body! And how you move your hands! You are simply an amazing woman. Hugs 🤗

Thank you, Boonie! I've had vague abdominal complaints over the last several months and didn't know what to do about them. As soon as I found my gallbladder, I could sense that it was congested. So I did a gallbladder flush, and I feel ever so much better. I can eat healthy fats again, get great sleep, surprisingly no more night sweats (it turns out the gallbladder helps metabolize estrogen - who knew???). Woot!

Thank you Bonnie, so glad to get back into my studies whilst enjoying the somatization of my anatomy and these interesting physical processes. Thanks to your video’s dry theories become embodied...I love how you show us the way to experience the fun and juicy bunch of cells that we are,... as I am sure that many of us love bringing consciousness to them even more during these times... very good. 😚😊🙏🏼✨

Greatness! Coming from a Taoist perspective, this really helps differentiate further as we "smile down" to various organs. It's amazing how by giving things a name that which is named responds to our thought. What if one made up names instead of learning the established terms? In theory, it would go as well but the fact that just thinking the name helps would tend to disprove this ....
