There are many ways to breathe and initiate breath. In this kind of breathing, the earth is our source of breath.
Feel gravity through your feet, without doing anything but bringing your awareness to it. Don't press your feet into the earth, just open to the earth pulling you.
We don’t have to stretch ourselves up and down just to feel the forces acting upon us. The moon raises the tides. We have tides in us - we have the interstitial sea.
Open to gravity, then inhale. Before you exhale, open to gravity again, then exhale.
This exploration is about our relationship with earth, with self, with other, and with the multiplicity of all.
