Priceless information for me. This video has given me a life changing perspective that I’m forever grateful for. Any trauma experiencer who struggles with breath work needs to listen to this. I’m 54 years old. Awoke in 2010 started ascension process in 2012. Roller coaster of a dark night of the soul since 2016 culminating into the violent ego death in 2022. Praying not to wake up. In such a dysregulated looping CPTSD cycle I was paralyzed. My mom moved me from Florida to Delaware where I finally found a good EMDR therapist which helped initiate my recovery. I was so angry with Source and guides my spiritual practices were not an option I still blamed where now I’m so grateful for those experiences. Nature is what brought me back SLOWLY to my practices. Since the Solar Eclipse things are finally clicking to where I’m hopeful again. Then hearing this truth brought me to tears of gratitude. Thank you so very much ❤❤❤

I had an experience in my young 20s that I communicated with a being that kept saying 'You do not know who you are' that's all I remember of the conversation sadly then they ended it by repeating a name that I will keep to myself.. TBH I never realized that that was a guide introducing themselves to me as it was an unnerving experience how it happened I was frightened of the being I communicate with God or the universe quite often & they never introduce themselves and it's always internal but perhaps I will put fear aside and reach out to this one who spoke to me 😅 it's been almost 20 years and Im only just beginning to revisit that experience Thank you for the added nudge!

Is it normal to lose your words on the spiritual journey? I don’t feel like I know what to say ever. Or maybe it’s that I feel that silence makes more sense. Even my words here feel jumbled.

Your body is the tractor. Your ego is just the driver. Your Self/Mind is the one instructing that driver - or should be. Sometimes the driver tries to take over & do what it wills. It is for us to rein that behaviour in - & direct our path with our Mind/Self.
