That's great you put this out there. My dad was tough but later in life I pulled him to the side and said thanks for raising me tough and with discipline because I really could have been in a bad spot in life with destructive choices. And a few times I had to step for my family when they were being bullied, for my wife and boys. I instinctively without hesitations showed I was up to the task of defending them . At the same time, it was about showing my boys what they need and can do for themselves. Being strong and fit gives that confidence. And I feel that embracing your male potential, God given potential, is a great choice ; challenging your given physique to be at its best strength-wise. I don't know how a guy would purposely choose to be weak, and give in to today's social influences to be so.

Not to be a Debby downer, but I wish I could have said that to my dad. He left the picture when i entered high school. So it was very difficult without a father figure. But quickly learned to became a man early on. This is why i love Seth and what he does and stand for.

I've met multiple celebrities, pro athletes, and influencers. Seth is the only one I've ever met that is true to his word and persona. I've met him on 3 separate occasions, and he was exactly as he is. It's not an act in no way, shape, or form like others. I even said " Hi. I just wanted to say hello and not take up your time.", and he stopped me and said no worries and carried on a great conversation with me for 30 - 45 minutes. Phenomenal person. I'm so glad I discovered you and even more grateful I got to meet you. I've been following you for about 8 years now. Thank you.

I love what you are saying about being a dad. I’m a dad to a four yr old boy, and all I want is for him to be better than me. My dad was a piece of shit and didn’t set any sort of good example…I want to be the dad that I wish I had growing up.

Seth- it’s definitely NOT corny wanting to protect your family.. I can totally relate 👊🏼 half my intense workouts are derived from my passion for wanting to be prepared to WRECK SH*T on behalf of my family. As head of household I feel that’s our job Seth. Nothing wrong with being prepared for war 🫡🫡💪🏼💪🏼

Been following you forever and I agree in staying strong and capable to defend and protect - to be an animal when called on to do so- however…no one is criticizing us for that. They’re criticizing strong men that prey on the weak. Strong men should protect all - not those just like us. Strong men understand and embrace our differences. We don’t make them feel less. This is what weak men do.

Seth, your speech about family protection is perfect and is kicking me into gear. Always have thought the same about being able to take care of your family, I dont have kids but I have my Lady and my big puppy and it is comforting to know I could get them to safety in an emergency. Although I have been lacking on the cardio side. That changes now, sandbags sound great. Big hill near my house. Time to get functional! Thanks for showcasing what a real man should act like. Love all your content, cheers for it all big man! 🤘💪🤘

Same Seth, same.....we have a hill that is a little steeper than the driveway, run/walk/jog up and down that thing. plate carrier, etc..... We also had an incident at home involving what would have been a good gun fight (at least for me) where I had every intention of dispatching 4 individuals that were on my property. Before I stepped out the door, I told my family I loved them, and told my son who was 17 at the time (also armed at this point) that if anyone other than myself or a COP comes back through, he is to protect his mom and sister at all cost (he never flinched), we just nodded at each other, and I stepped into harms way. Seems he will stay a masculine individual from this point on. Keep up the great content, we can all relate on here!!! "Never will I let them fall ! Never will I let them down, and I will never leave an enemy behind!"
