I think Noel looks calmer, especially in the early gigs, because he is 5 years older, in 94' he was already 27 and Liam was 22, at this age 5 years is a big gap. In the GMEX show Liam was only 25, but Noel was already 30.

I saw these guys at First Avenue in Minneapolis in 1994 before they really got big. I actually got free tickets for the show at the Weezer concert about a week before. Aside from the lead singer (Liam or Noel, I forget which) just standing there with his hands behind his back, they sounded great, just like this video. Hey, can't complain about a free show in a place that only holds about 200-300 people. Highly recommend seeing a show there if you get a chance.

Go and watch all the interviews and documentaries on Oasis in KZbin. Over in the UK, they called the music played in the 1990s: BritPop. I think this is just great R&R! I didn't "discover" them until 2009, the year they split up. Saw a live performance on Pandora of Oasis at the Roundhouse...a cool venue in London. First song I heard was Rock & Roll Star. Been a big fan ever since...and I'm 62 😃

Definitely Maybe is commonly considered their best album (including by Noel i believe) Easily one of the best debuts of all time. Noel had a lot of great songs written already when he joined a band with his brother. Digsy's Dinner is perhaps the only average song but even that's OK as the *yellow submarine* of Definitely Maybe. I stand by this gig (Cliffs Pavilion 95) as a good one to recline with a couple beers and react to.

The drummer here is Tony McCarrol. He was the first drummer of Oasis and was considered to be good but not as good as Alan White and the rest drummers of Oasis. If you hear again in the future the same song, you may choose for reaction the performance at 2005 in Manchester or even in Boston. During that era, Oasis had Zak Starkey as their drummer, the son of Ringo Starr. Starkey is extremely fast. At the end of Rock 'n' Roll star, the drums and the guitar combination is great. It reminds something like rocket launching. Other choices are Morning Glory at Boston 2001. The drummer there was the brother of Alan White, Steve White. The song is not performed as in the album and is interesting. Another choice is Born on a different cloud from 2002 performance in Japan with the finishing crying guitar. Final case for reaction may be the River from Liam's solo work from Manchester Ritz 2019 which is in good quality. Keep uploading your nice videos. Thanks
