It is known that the worst class-race combo in D&D 5e is Armourer Artificer with Tortle because tortles can't wear armour... HOWEVER, I say that since barding is simply armour for animals, it is a valid target for the Arcane Armour subclass feature as well as armour infusions and therefore Armourer Artificer/Moon Druid multiclass with Tortle is the best combo since it gives you the option of being an armoured bear. Nothing beats the awesomeness of being an armoured bear.

I am actually currently playing a rogue who is afraid of everything. He had a time where he went on a stealth mission and got caught by a semi big bad. So he just kept stabbing the guy while begging him to either be quiet or die. He then--covered in blood--runs into his former party member, who is on guard duty and says, "Please don't go that way. It will make you very angry." The two then go out for a drink and he gets away, scott free.

I always wanted to play a large sized thief or ninja. An ogre or a troll or something. I want to make a wizard character that pretends to be a fighter or a fighter that pretends to be a wizard, but actually hunts them.

That sounds like a really cool idea! Could also make for a good villain npc, I think.

Modern D&D seems to be afraid of allowing large PCs. Minotaurs and centaurs are medium-sized now. Ridiculous.

One character I never got around to playing was a Drow gigolo bard. He was from a guild of gigolo's that provides hot manly, but discreet, companionship to powerful Drow women. After some political shenanigans he was taking a very well timed and logical break to travel the world and learn how to please women of all races. He could sing, dance and charm as well as any bard but his speciality was bodybuilding and he'd cast spells by literally flexing at his target (think Alexander Armstrong from FMA).

I run a pathfinder game thats on hiatus. one of my players is a 3rd party race called gingerbread man, which is literally a living cookie construct. his class is the key to his madness; its a 3rd party class called Gourmand, which gives you an increasingly powerful bite attack. If you kill an enemy with damage from your bite or stomach acid you can gain attributes or magical abilities or gain new attacks from the dead. your stomach is an extradimenstional space that can do acid damage to enemies inside it. its hysterical watching this guy take down massive creatures or enemy characters in general and swallow them.

Got a kobold wild magic Barbarian/rogue who thinks he’s a wizard, because that’s what others called him when he was a child because of the little magic he could do.

My illiterate Goliath barbarian became a wizard when he uncovered some rune-covered dragon's teeth that he uses as spells. It requires some cooperation from the DM to put more runed dragon teeth in his path as the story goes on, but it's been a blast. He's not as flexible as a traditional wizard, because he gets his spells the old fashioned way, by rolling on a random table rather than just picking them at he levels up. His 18 strength and 20 constitution make him very durable and give him a different kind of flexibility than most wizards have.

I've played a Kobold artificer (armorer) basically a small Tony Stark! It's pretty funny defending people twice your size as the party tank! Also arcane powerarmour explains how the kobold is the strongest person in the party! :D

Wanna scare the fuck outta your fellow players and maybe even your DM? Tell em you wanna roll for everything in character creation and use the old school stat system. Stats: 3d6, no re-rolls, placement is in order as you roll. Race: random number generator of 1-82 (if you goin based on all choices on D&D Beyond) or 1d10 for just PBD (10 is Human Variant) Class: 1-14 number generator for all of D&D Beyond or 1d12 Background: 1-97 number generator for all backgrounds on D&D Beyond I think you get the point. If ya DM lets you be fully crazy, roll a D20 for stats, no re-rolls.
