I totally agree with you're concept of consuming less once you realize the amount of resources that go into everything we use & buy. Food from seed to plate is a lot of work & time. Clothes from material to garment is a lot of time & effort. I think this is called maturity. LOL ❤

I freeze my pesto in ice cube trays. Once they are frozen I pop them out and put them in a plastic bag. They last for a good year in the freezer.

I freeze pesto I made every year in tiny plastic containers from the dollar tree. Put the basil in pour a little olive oil on top and freeze all the containers! When you need some grab a small container and pop it in the microwave or sit it in boiling water to defrost!

Great video! Loved the shorts and your enthusiasm for growing flowers! You can freeze pesto, in small containers. Be sure to thinly cover the top with a layer of olive oil. This prevents the pesto from changing colors.
