No lining for the skirt? A cotton voile one? Love your channel. Everything very accurate and neat. Amazing fabric.

Lol did they send you a giant needle for demonstration? that’s so funny and doubles for self defense 😅

I have seen the giant needle on last year's Creativa fair already 😂. While it looks like something a medieval knight might use for jousting the one I saw was some kind of porous plastic covered in shiny plastic sheets. It actually bent and folded while I was watching.

Is the embroidery also included in the pattern?
@ClaudiaArnold7 ай бұрын
It does not appear as if an embroidery file was included. There is a very delicate "it clashes and yet it matches" kind of balance in the combination of the fabric pattern and the embroidery. So the lace pattern would have to depend on the fabric pattern you have. With my constellation - I have a Juki DX7 sewing machine with a number of lace stitches and a Brother Innovis V3LE embroidery machine - I could either try to combine the lacy stitches of the sewing machine into a broader ribbon (as of course 7 mm is the limit here) or find an embroidery file on the Brother site, or on dedicated embroidery sites like embroiderylibrary (I bought too many dud files on Etsy already). If all else fails I imagine that appliqueing a length of fine lace would also give a respectable result. I hope I haven't mansplained you to death now 😳.

very nice but the embroidery needed darker thread like bronze.

I’ve been trying to make a too recently and it’s not been going well at all 😩😩 I keep making mistakes and then I can’t be bothered to take the thing apart and try again so I just hack it and it’s all wrongggg. Also sewing machines can be so temperamental
