That's the rail traffic controller. Waving that thing up and down means that train is allowed to pass without stopping in that station.

These engines sound like they have 2 emd engines. 1 . Emd 567. 2 emd 645 turbo.

Slovenia is slowly abandoning those engines for freight purpouses but uses them mostly for pulling passanger carriages. Sad, but at least they are in commission.

@@KMBAL138 All 20 engines SŽ 664-1XX that were assigned to Slovenia proper are running and hauling heavy haul,or passenger cars. I know im enginer on one of them
