They're so freaking pretty. Those heat pits are the coolest! I want one real bad. I think the hardest thing would be limited handling. such a magnificent creature.

I dont agree when people say emerald tree boas like to move side to side not up and down.ive been working with them for about 10 years when u pull them out the first thing they wanna do is go up.if you give them a cage with height they go staright up to the highest point.they move up down side to side,they roam all over the trees wherever their tongue takes them,they catch something eat and find a spot to digest and have a little cover.

Amazon basin is not a morph. Also a large enclosure makes them very happy. They love to roam at night. !!!!

Didn't say it was a morph, im very familiar with the species. Wanted to explain the color differences, but my wording could have been better

Would you recommend wild caught for these? Or do those have too many issues
@CrazyGopnik13 жыл бұрын
Wild caught ones can be very aggressive. Get the ones bred in captivity
@odinsbeard11173 жыл бұрын
Go captive bred all day. They are going to generally do better and will have less parasites and they will have a better disposition than wild caught. Yeah you will pay more for a captive bred than a wild caught but you definitely do get what you pay for. Hope that helps.
