To everyone asking why the law enforcement units don't have guns: You can manually equip them with guns but that makes the mission a lot more complicated since there will be too many casualties for the EMS to remove.

I absolutely hated that mission. As far as I can remember it was an absolut nightmare... I was only able to complete it twice. First time after completing the mission the game immediately freezed and crashed, the second time I couldn't safe my progress because of a stupid softlock bug. All the other times the game either crashed midgame or the hole city got contaminated and the fire got out of hand. Sometimes people also clipped through the map so I couldn't access them anymore or terrorists ran out the mapborder and never returned. It was so frustrating and I finally gave up on it. To see you getting through the mission without any problems makes me feel even more frustrated. My congrats anyways, good work!

911 Emergency responders had a cool mod called "Los Angeles Mod" and the rioters would actually attack back. You could let it grow a bit and send in the national guard.

If you want even more efficiency, at each 3 storm buildings release a police dog to the guy at the door, this spawns 2 enemies, recall the dog and send it and another dog to the newly spawned enemies. Throw 1 flash at the door, 6 safe arrests. Enter the middle storm building last and before have 3 SWAT fly to the farm and land, after entering middle building 3 enemies spawn at farm, so 3 flashes. Transport 2 in a car, 1 in SWAT chopper. Also transport 4 cops back with each van full of prisoners, and only use water tenders inside the base.

Sesto194 well, in this place called The Real World, when someone is shooting at you, you can shoot back. I'm all for saving lives and giving someone a chance to surrender, but once lead starts flying you need to be willing to put some down range. I don't for a second think that the real German police wouldn't shoot in this situation.

you're right, they'd probably be prepared to shoot, being a special unit and all, but probably not to the extent of their US counterparts. Also, a captured terrorist is more helpful then a dead one in such situations.

Volox TV​ not always, most of them won't know anything about any activities outside of their own cell, they may not even know how many members their own cell has and unless they're a specialist, they may not know even know what operations the cell is planning to undertake until they're in the pre execution phase. The only ones who are really useful are the leaders and the specialists, the grunts usually know little to nothing.

Here at least, Firefighters do not need to be told where to attach their hoses; they will find nearby hydrant or parked Water Tender on their own. Heavy Duty Tow Truck/Mobile Crane will automatically destroy or settle whatever object they lifted.

All Law enforcement personnel in the game have pistols. SWAT people can also use rifles if they don't want to get too close.
