Nina is so naturally compassionate and comfortable in such a difficult role.

Sham and Nina were hilarious getting in through the window😂. So sweet to make the elderly couple a cup of tea. I have seen so many of the paramedics be so kind and making someone a cup of tea or a sandwich. Nice to see the empathy for people.

Those little heathens making crank calls make my blood boil. If I ever found out my kids had done something like that, I would have hauled them to the station to apologize to each and every one of those workers they inconvenienced, then make them work off that £25 a minute debt for all 12 minutes they wasted of important resources. Then they would have had to talk to people whose loved ones have had to wait agonizing minutes for an ambulance because they are stretched so thin. Infuriating. I hope they can trace those calls.

I kind of wish there was a hotline for such calls

Elvisbeeblebrox I agree they need a very heavy fine and probably 10 days in jail in my opinion.

The Fire department EMTs would come while my parents were in their 80s. They were so calm and kind. When my father passed they had been married 63 years. I’m thankful for my parents.

Why don't they charge the parents of the children who were making the hoax calls for the time, energy, and fuel used? Here in the US, it's illegal to pull a fire alarm and to make hoax calls. You can be charged and/or billed for services, plus I do believe their parents can be held responsible.

I do not fear death, I do fear being too old to take care of myself. I told my husband he’s not allowed to go without me and if he goes I’m going with him.

I sure wish they had more mental health care for those poor people 😢

These paramedics are angels the call center too. There should be some kind of charges made against prank calls no matter what age. With so many mental health crisis there should be a team to make house calls for crisis mode.

It can be, yes. Broke my heart to see the old couple, they looked so frail but still didn't think they had the right to ask for help

It’s crazy how different there EMT’s are compared to what EMT’s in the US are allowed to do.

When I was a child, we would call stores asking if they had Prince Albert in a can (tin). When the proprietor would say yes, we would tell them that they better let him out of the can or he's going to suffocate.😂 Would have never called the ambulance with a hoax call.
@dianneegan20878 ай бұрын
We also would call stores asking if they had Prince Albert in the can--slang for bathroom--better let the poor guy out--so someone else can go---! Never even thought of calling emergency services to prank them!

You have their numbers and addresses and they should be fined for a hoax call. Police should go and have a chat with the parents and kids and slap a fine on them. They shouldn’t just get away with it. A substantial fine would cut that down.
@randlerichardson58266 ай бұрын
Get the address and send the police over to give them heavy fines and charge them with contempt of court if nothing else.

The ones pulling the hoax should be fined heavily and held in contempt of court i think. They are taking someone’s chance to really get help. That’s not funny one bit.

Poor Daniel he seems very depressed and probably trying to soothe himself. Dogs can be very therapeutic and give a person reason to get out and about.the dog can provide comfort to lonely people. If he is providing his dog with food and shelter and not physically hurting the dog why would you think he shouldn't have one?
