Emergency Relief Begins in North Carolina and Tennessee Following Devastating Hurricane Helene

Samaritan’s Purse is responding to help families and homeowners in the High Country of North Carolina and Tennessee devastated by unprecedented damage and flooding from Hurricane Helene. From Alliance Bible Fellowship in Boone, Samaritan’s Purse is assisting homeowners with mudding out homes, clearing downed trees, tarping roofs, and removing debris.

I got an opportunity to volunteer when I was away at school. We went to Munford OK, after the Wildfires had hit that whole area. It was devastating. The people tried salvaging what they could. So I volunteer with Samaritan’s Purse when I can and they truly make a difference in the world.
