Emergency Situation Cooking : Power Outage Solutions : Worst Case Scenario Cooking

Today I am going to show you a way to cook food or boil water in an emergency situation; with items you likely have in your home already. While this isn't the quickest solution; it is safe for indoors and will get the job done. All you need is a muffin pan, tea light candles, and a pan!

I love the videos of someone actually doing it and not just showing the items on how to do it. The thing people are going to over look in this video is your 'you need to try it out before you need it." In a worst case, when nothing else is available it may good enough to warm but not cook. A single candle flame can only put out roughly 80 BTUs of heat no matter what size of candle it is so you're only using 320 BTUs in that muffin pan, One needs at least 1000 btus to safely 'cook' something,
