As far as these MCU shows go, I loved how much plot was developed in just three episodes. Definitely the best part was her intentionally using her embiggening* one-swing-smack to knock down the three agents after her. Edit: another great moment - “oh, and take off your shoes next time 🙃☺️”

The Bagels are probably Made by the ten Rings, but Kamala could really be apart of the Celestial/ Eternals. Since that Celestial are the reason the Eternals exist, which was another dimension full of Mutants and X-men which is the reason they exist in the MCU. The “Djinn” could be a story of billions of years of going trough some weird cosmic inter-dimensional stuff. Kree could be the reason the Ten rings are known on the world, Mandarin could’ve found it that way, and master the abilities of the Ten Rings. And just like that everything is connected. Tho i do need to learn more about the difference between inhuman, X-men, Mutants

Great video as always but I would like to say that In a Muslim perspective and in our religion it states that the Djinn are real beings from another dimension that we cannot see made from smokeless fire (plasma?) interpret that as you will but also since they have no physical form they are also known shape shifters moving in the shadows. In Bangladesh for example Djinns are known to take forms of animals cats/crows etc aswell as humans to scare people or protect them. The Djinn are described like humans, they can be both good and bad. Love the video!

I want a long-term Kamala-Bruno partnership-romantic relationship where he’s always the scientist support behind the scenes and always gets dragged into her adventures. I love the dynamic and we haven’t had something like that in the MCU yet. There’s Shuri and T’Challa (RIP) but of course that isn’t exactly the same. I would love to see these characters grow like this and especially because the family is so tight knit and supportive. By the way for those of you reading who have such a family, don’t take it for granted. Others of us never have and we don’t know what it’s like.

In Islam, not all djinn are demons, just the bad ones. Like humans, djinn are another type of intelligent being that possess free will, but they have very different physical characteristics to humans. Djinn were created from a “smokeless flame” which may be the MCU connection to the term “Noor” which means “light” in Arabic and Urdu. On another note, I didn’t get why Najma and the other Clandestines were so nicey-nice at the house but then turned murderous 5 mins later. That was weird.

I believe it depends on what you accept as the nature of the Djinn. Fire=Djinn “Fire that leaps above the hearts” may explain the erratic behavior, Djinn have the nature to be unable to check their passions at times. Some go so far that they become “satan-like” others don’t take it as far. IMO

I'm hyped! My city will be in the MCU! :D That train that they keep referring to, what happened back when Pakistan gained Independence in 1947, people, especially Muslims, from regions that are now modern day India used trains like that one to migrate to areas within Pakistan. Too many war crimes took place during those days and often, entire trains would show up in Pakistan covered in blood, sometimes full of bodies too. A lot of people died during that migration and almost every Pakistani family has a story about how they lost someone, often entire families that just disappeared and were never found again.

Shang Chi can definitely use some of the power without the rings, like his mom and aunt could. (At least in Ta Lo, it might be different on Earth) Kamala has a similar situation. Najma and her group use part of the Noor, so Kamala should be able to access some of it like them. The Bangles let her access the full amount. Because she only has one bangle I don't think she can access the full Noor, but she can access a lot more than Najma 's group.

Favorite part of the episode for myself would be the moment when Yusuf Kahn came into the corner store and helped Bruno in reading the "legend" of the dinner djinn, or when kamala uses the band (which I'm pretty sure is a nega band[and the hand it came from was blue in the beginning of the episode so... and it wasnt a cut of arm, the rest of the kree was burried under tons of rubble.]) to punch one dude the slaps the other 3 out of the way!

The one problem I have with the writing on these shows is that they pick the oddest things to have characters overlook. Maybe I was brighter than most as a kid (I don't think I was) but, if someone tells me they were exiled from somewhere, and told a story that had no motive or point, even as a teenager, especially as a teenager, I might have some concerns. Questions at least. They shouldn't write these characters to be gifted and intelligent just to have them to decide to not use those qualities when presented with, at least questionable information. Not even necessarily a lie or malicious, just "That story leaves me with questions? There seems to be some missing information." Overall I'm enjoying the show, but I really hate when someone seems out of character or ignores the obvious with no other explanation than it seems to serve the plot or drive it forward. Like in Dark Materials. Where the girl was just rescued, she know she's being hunted, wakes up in the middle of the night to find her friend, another child missing. She has been fearing for her life, well aware her captors intend to get her back. Yet, in this out of character instance, she decides to walk past almost every adult, and wander off into the night to,... you guessed it, get re-abducted. You guessed it because you saw it coming a mile away. She might as well had a line in her script that said, "I'm off to be out of character to drive the story forward." Like it would not have occurred to her to maybe wake and ask one of the many adults, who are also very aware of the girls wanted status and situation, "Where's my buddy? Anyone seen So And So?" Nope. And you could tell the minute she looked at everyone sleeping and thought that a missing person wasn't important enough to make a fuss about to anyone, that she was about to go off wondering out into the night to get re-abducted again. It would be different if her character was oblivious to their situation, but she was very aware of the stakes as well as what would be the protocol in that situation. And I'm going to guess that protocol isn't to go out to get yourself abducted again. The character has been overall great and I enjoy the show. It's a shame she fell victim to poor writing in this one instance. If you couldn't tell, that one still bugs me. Anytime I see weak writing, This Dark Incident comes to mind. This is true for a lot of TV/Movies/Ect... though. I'm aware that there's suspension of disbelief required, and I'm willing to suspend more than most it seems, but then there are times when writing is so weak, it still doesn't even fit into the accepted suspension. That being said, these are both way better shows than the 0 shows I'm making.

about the dead celestial in the Indian ocean, that could be a possibility because the address mentioned in the first episode is Clifton which is one of the more expensive areas in Karachi and is kind of ocean front property. I think there is definitely a Kree connection. Maybe these dimensional beings can achieve ability in our dimension using what really looks like they're going to be Mega bands which will help tie in Ms Marvel, Captain Marvel and I assume Photon

I didn't notice it in the movie Thor movie but how did Dr.Selvig know he was in universe 616 which is written on the board within his equation of the convergence? I love how they kept her origin kinda true to the comics. Her powers still come from her DNA, they're just awakened by the bangle instead of the Terrigen Mist. It plays more into her Muslim lifestyle as well giving her more substance as a stand alone character. This show has been a pleasant surprise so far

Not so much an Easter Egg, but the weapons used by the Djin including whip swords, that's a real 'deep cut' pun intended with Indian culture. I can see a Gurj/Gada mace/gada club - more likely a Gada mace, Urumi whip swords and the stabbing spear may also have a name, but currently I have no idea.

one thing that i think is being missed here, is that the blue arm could also be the arm of an indian diety, as some of them are portrayed as having blue skin. so marvel may be intentionally making a connection between the kree and the avatars of various indian dieties.

If they are really going this direction, they could really use this as an opportunity to connect Daredevil and Iron Fist by reintroducing the Hand, the Chaste, Kunlun, the Seven cities of heaven, etc. 🤷🏻‍♂️. And by Heaven, I mean Ta Lo. Even that dark gate in Shang-chi could be what the Hand worships which could be the Dweller-in-Darkness/The Beast/Black Sky. Not getting my hopes up but it is really exciting to think about how they might connect everything.

I don’t think the bangles and the 10 rings came from the same place/people. I think the 10 Rings connection is just the temple. what it seems to me, is that the Kree who had the bangles fought Wen Wu and died in that temple.
