It is accurate to the 07 movie aswell in the Mission City part of the movie, Prime clearly reaches out for the gas tank in his back, the tank transforms into the gun and he proceeds to shoot Megatron with it

And I don't think the gas tank transform into his canons, more like his canons are compacted and stored withing the gas tank, because if the gas tanks transform into his canon then those tanks should have been missing from his back. I did some rewatch and I think it's the case.

It's easy to forget that prime had antennas on his bumper because of how hard they are to see most of the time if they're even there. None of his toys have them, the closest thing is the ROTF leader where the base of them is molded into the bumper. I mean, I see why they did it, for safety reasons, but who remembers that details not having seen the first movie where they were most visible?

My dad really got me into transformers after the release of the 2007 film. Transformers were pretty much the only connection we had. Didn’t have the money for many transformers but I have the 2007 optimus and a few other cheap ones that may not look great but has immense sentimental value. Since my dad passed away, my love for transformers is one of the only things that helps me stay connected with him spiritually. I wish I could afford this because it’s a perfect representation of the 2007 Optimus. Really in the feels right now.

Like for example when you mentioned ripping off other people's toys when hasbro made tf5 hound figure, wei jiang pretty much copied it exactly a few differences was the paint to make it more screen accurate and the bullet cigar and necklace. But I should remember that Wei Jiang just modifies the figures to make it appealing and worth keeping in the collection for adult buyers. Whereas a company like Hasbro just manufactures transformers toys with not exactly screen accurate paint for the kids. In my personal opinion from what I remember back then the only figure that would be worth buying from them is the Evasion mode Optimus Prime that is just beautifully well done and also other cool accessories that came from dark of the moon.

If thats the case, we still need to wait for someone to design and engineer the grill to fold inside towards his chest rather than becoming his feet since Leader Class ROTF Prime if we have to be accurate. They got the trailer hook fold in his back for MPM-04 just right like the Bonecrusher highway chase scene, so surely someone can do the grill infold. Edit: Also, as much as I love the Black Apple release for this, I kinda hate how his front window panels don't tuck in fully to look more accurate to the movie design, but I'm guessing that's probably done on purpose to avoid further c&d. But since Wei Jang has been shut down for years now it'll be awhile until another 3rd party company can take this design and do it even further.

The new KO os Ironhide (Black Apple design) has the cannons and his DotM shotguns fit into the truck as part of the transformation. 4th party M-06 KO os Ironhide Is the "official" title 😂 if you haven't, go take a look. I bought mine at ShowZ for $100, worth every penny for the ridiculous screen accuracy alone. It'll blow your mind if you love Ironhide.

Absolutely gorgeous, doesn’t miss a thing, everything taps into place, every part has a nice transformation, only if the head had moving ear pieces or slight transformations like the booty, but so far, I’ve never seen anything as good!
