Sorry I'm late to the party 🎉❤ piece of unsolicited advice. If your foot keeps hurting and the x-ray is clear, ask for ultrasound as there are many small bones that can be broken. I am a dancer and have a high pain threshold ,broke my foot a few summers ago they did xray and said no breaks , it kept hurting and was swollen 2 months later dctr said let's do ultrasound and found couple small bones broken. Hope you're feeling better soon! Arnica, ice, and rest ❤

I had a stress fracture in my foot found because they did a bone scan that used radiopharmaceutical (colloquially a contrast dye). I went in and they gave me the dye and I went back a couple of hours later for the actual scan. The techs could see it before they even finished the scan. I was in a boot the next day after the results went back to my doctor.

He accompanied her to her soon-to-be ex’s trial for moral support and her protection. When he got home he said he knew what was happening and was able to support her from a much more knowledgeable place because of you being on in my house at least somewhat constantly. What you do matters and you make a difference!

I dropped a heavy 50lb butcher block on my big tow and broke it. Only solution was taping toes together and wearing air cast - i know aircast more for ankle or bigger issues but it helped to keep my toes from bending and i felt protected from further damage.

So, I've done the foot version of a boxer's fracture from stubbing my little toe on both feet. Also, rebroke one foot by stepping off the curb onto the road slightly wrong! On the flip side, I dropped a brand new axe, in its protective case thankfully so still have my whole foot, but solely had soft tissue damage! My xray from that was passed around the entire clinic like a 90's chain letter as they all tried to work out how there was no broken bone! That's when I learnt that soft tissue damage hurts a whole lot more than a break!

Emily, I feel for you with the allergies! Tomatoes are on my no-no list too. 🙁 I was allergic to a ton of foods as a child too (though no one knew about it) and had a rude awakening in my late twenties when I had to go in and get my esophagus stretched because I literally could no longer swallow food (as my throat was permanently inflamed and scarred from all the allergens.) Luckily my grandpa loved goat cheese, and we’d also make sure anything with milk either used goat milk or there was a separate option available; more food is never a bad thing. As Emily said in previous videos, this is a federal court trial. Federal courts do not have video, they have reexamined their position recently (or was it the American Supreme Court 🤔), and they still agree with themselves. So no video in federal court, so no video or audio of the Diddy trial.
