I can see that you have a lot on your mind Em. I know this video was intended to be about Aish. However i couldn't help but be drawn to the wheels turning in your mind. I know somewhere inside your battling the images of WHAT IFs and replacing them with RIGHT NOWs. My heart aches as I want you to know that your love for Aisha, does not go unseen. I see you tackling the seconds EM! Each time you go up against unimaginable fatigue and indescribable pain..Your effort does not go unnoticed. You love HER. You look really good today Emily. You know, I am 63 years old and just started going to the gym since I retired. I don't enjoy it; I bring music and my Kindle so it makes it less dull. But every time I'm tempted to just bag it and go home, I think of you and stick it out. You are already immortal in the number of lives you've touched just by your strength, your wit, your determination, and your just sheer joy in living -- which Aisha clearly shares with you. And your speech is back to normal, which I'm happy to see.

brilliantatbreakfast Hi. I'm 58, love Emily and Aisha so much. I've been so upset by Em's rapid decline and death. I'm in denial. I used to live for gym and running until 4yrs ago. Diagnosed with a very aggressive form of Progressive MS and have been a full time wheelchair user for 3yrs. I loved watching Emily train. It made me realise that I am grieving the loss of not just my mobility but gym and driving, which was something she also wasn't allowed to do. I'm really going to miss that cheeky happy face with her straight talking shoot from the hip attitude. Love is love and I certainly love these 2 wonderful young women xx

Ange 1979 I thought the same thing in her final video . I thought at the beginning there was still so much positivity but after getting the news from the doctor's I feel it knocked something , she spent so many years being fit and trim with amazing body , eating correctly, there is only so much one can take before giving up . It's so sad , she put so much into life and wasn't allowed to live to 100 . I miss her vlogs so much .

Emily I am extremely sad that you have passed, it seems so unfair! You fought so very hard and were so very courageous! The world has lost a beautiful soul, but heaven has welcomed an angel! You have inspired so many people, I just wish I had started following your vlog sooner, so that you could have seen how many people you have touched and will continue to touch! Aisha, I know you’ve heard this before, but I don’t think you realize how much you have inspired people! I am a mother of three adult children with a progressive neuromuscular disease and my husband has it as well. We did not find out until our oldest was 14 when he and his dad, my husband were diagnosed. The two girls were then diagnosed over the next year and a half. My oldest, my son is now 32 and pretty much wheelchair bound. He needs help dressing, bathing, bathroom needs etc.. and I am his primary caregiver. You have shown such love and patience, I only hope I can always show my son, daughters and husband that same love and compassion as their health and physical abilities worsen! Thank you for sharing your story! May God Bless you and bring you serenity, praying for you, your family, Emily’s family and all of your friends! 🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇🙏🏻♥️😇

Thank you for being yourself, to the both of you! I love the reminder to think positively because so many people are going through so much rough stuff. I so appreciate your kindness and openness in your videos. They give me hope, my mom is currently waiting for a double lung transplant. I can’t explain how encouraging your videos are. You both motivate me to take on my days and take the hand I’m dealt with and work with it! Thank you!

Emily & Aisha .... I think that all newly diagnosed cancer patients (and NHS cancer unit stafff) should watch your VLOGS, as I think you inspire and touch prople in such a positve way. If only they could bottle you and offer you on prescription ...... Great Q&A by the way, and the sex toy Q was brilliant.

Aisha you are so right, love and positivity will get you through everything. When I became disabled I had to resign from my job. 6 months later my husband had to resign from his to care for me full time. Many couples would break up but it brought us even closer together . I believe on looking on the bright side. So for the first time in years we didn't rush to work, we were there for each other. A sense of humour helps immensely, being able to laugh at difficult situations makes all the difference. A great video. You are both a joy to watch and have such a great relationship that comes across so well on camera.

From a retired teacher (now a travel vlogger), Emily you would be a wonderful teacher! And you look like you’re feeling so much better in this video. Aisha, that lipstick is hot on you, and your skin is absolutely gorgeous!
