You help people in ways that transcend cancer. I was in a violent and abusive relationship. A month ago my partner strangled me then slammed me against a door bursting all the blood vessels in my back and causing a Hemotoma. He’s a narcissist and today I felt suicidal and destabilised but - a month after the attack - I found the strength to report him to the police... you facilitated an inner strength in me. You both did! What a legacy - to leave women stronger in your wake! You’re going down fighting and damn it so am I ❤️ we are all learning to be better versions of ourselves because of you ❤️❤️

Annalyse74, good for you girl! You are just as strong as Emily for what you did. I hope your back is better, and you stay away from that guy forever, he is no good! Narcissistic people will rob you of everything, mentally and physically, and they don't care.....they believe they deserve whatever they want, and what they will do to get what they want is destroy people. They don't love, they don't even really care about people other than themselves. I know, my sister is a narcissistic sociopath, and I have never felt better in my entire life than I do now that I don't have any contact with her. It's so empowering to cut people like that out of your life! Stay strong and you will see, I promise!

Emily's vlogs go beyond cancer. She has helped and inspired people suffering depression, bullying, anxiety, eating disorders, confidence issues, addictions, and many other physical and mental issues. She has helped people fight their own battles. I really do believe her story should be shown in schools.

Emily, If your hair is thinner, sometimes you can use dry shampoo to give it more volume. Might be something worth trying if your hair gets thinner before the wedding. Love how careful the lady was that washed your hair. Don't worry about the gym. It is OK to take some time off and it is OK to go easier on yourself when you do workout.

Emily like I said previously both my partner and myself are patients of our local hospice, and have spoken to so many people who have had radiotherapy and so many of them are hit by such extreme tiredness that they cannot even get up and function, so please don’t beat yourself up for having to leave the gym, I am surprise you have the energy to even go to the gym, but maybe this is down to how fit you were prior to this cancer returning and maybe also due to your positivity , please don’t loose that Hun, as you are such an inspiration. I really have lost so much fitness since being ill and really not sure where to begin to get that back, as lost so much muscle mass, my heart was damaged as well through being ill, but am sure getting fitter will improve my situation. I so wish that you have the most wonderful wedding day, your a lovely couple and it’s wonderful to see how much you love each other xx
