Night before last my 26 year old son had a whole series of seizures and ended up in the E.R. again. His wife called me and my heart drops into my shoes every time I hear her voice especially late at night. I hate to bother them with questions about what is going on and how he's doing but he's my son, who I love dearly, and I sit here thinking the worst thoughts if I don't know facts. I am on one coast in Canada and he is over 5,000 km. away on the other coast so I can't just rush to the hospital to see him myself. How do you deal with your families worries and questions? Does it bother you that they ask to many questions? Does that feel like an invasion of your privacy? Thanks so much. I really love your vlogs and look forward to seeing them. im a nurse student from norway, one year from graduating and i would just like to say that i support your journey, I followed you after the documentary aired here a year ago, and i just appreciate you so much. Seeing cancer from the patients point of view is so important, i feel like your vlogs keep me from being like so many nurses from my country who just sees the patient for being "just another cancer patient". Get a car and do like a three week drive around the USA Canada. Me and hubby did this a few years ago, flew to New York, stayed a few days, then pick up a car at the JFK airport drive up through New York, Vermont etc, over the boarder into Canada to Montreal. Then down to Toronto. Then down through the Niagara Falls region back into USA. Down through Amish country Berlin etc, down into West Virginia, across to Virginia, up through Pennsylvania up to JFK return car and fly out. Driving is easy as, other side of road test, but all great roads. Stay 2-3 nights each stop. So freeing driving yourself, lots of fun! Xx p.s get a Niagara Falls hotel room over looking the falls.

Leah 2604 For anyone who is able to travel to the US, your suggestion it's a great idea. But how do you suppose Emily gets there? She has 6 brain tumours, a flight could possibly kill her & even if she choose to risk it, she wouldn't get travel insurance. She has to visit The Royal Marsden hospital on almost a weekly basis, if not more often, common sense would suggest Emily most likely wants travel ideas within the UK, more closer to home ☺💭

Rachel •Farmiga Fan• I am working from a position of great hope for Emily’s upcoming treatment for her brain tumours. The last tumour reacted well to treatment, and hopefully stability at least for a few months, and an ability for them to travel to places they enjoy, would prove helpful in recovery. Self driving around is also a lot less taxing than public transport. America is also very easy, and reasonably cheap. I’d prefer to have positive and encouraging goals, especially as they have stated they enjoyed the USA. I can’t help but feel it’s slightly negative to have the “comment police” throw shade on an innocent suggestion made, and won’t be entering into any further discussion as to a suggested trip. I feel it’s pretty self indulgent, especially considering the circumstances, to go around picking apart others ideas publicly, don’t you? Wait, don’t answer that. All the best Emily keeping strong physically like you are doing is going to really help your recovery, keep up the great work, legend 💕

Leah 2604 Realistic goals is what she needs. Noone threw "shade" on you or your suggestion. Nor did i pick it apart. (I suggest you stop reading comments if you're that sensitive) I pointed out that your suggestion wasn't useful to her & why, and you took offense 🙄 If you watch and listen to every video Emily uploads, you should know that no amount of unrealistic "positive and encouraging" suggestions from you, is going to change anything. She said in her most recent vlog, it's now a matter of weeks or months, and lesser months at that. So tell me how your suggestion of a drive around the US is realistic 🤔 In a sense, thats just a negative reminder of what she is no longer able to do. You have responded the way you have because you realised your suggestion totally missed her point. Emily does stay positive, but that's about how she handles her day to day life, not thinking up trips that can't happen. If they could, don't you think she'd be out doing it already?! 🤔🙄

well sadly sometimes that is the case , i don't know what Emily Haywood's mum was like when Emily pass away and Aisha became a widow at the age of 26 which is a young age , but Aisha knew that it was coming, but i guess Aisha knew Emily Haywood had incuralbe skin cancer when she first got together with Emily in 2014
