The Apple Watch activity app feature has become a newfound favorite obsession of mine, especially while in quarantine! I never realized how much I wasn't moving until getting into wearing my Apple Watch daily.
I wanted to share some basic information about the activity app from the Apple Watch along with my usage tips/ recommendations! I know that activity trackers are not 100% accurate.
